Die ganze Wohnung hat 79qm und es gibt ein ca. 26qm Wohnzimmer mit Couch, TV Ecke und Esstisch. Die Küche ist schön geräumig und ist im Preis mit inbegriffen. Das Zimmer wird voraussichtlich zum 1.11 hin frei (unmöbliert) und wurde von meiner Mitbewohnerin genutzt. Es hat 15qm und kostet 510€. In dem Preis ist die Kaltmiete und die Betriebskosten inklusive (Tv, Müll, Flursäuberung, etc.). Zusätzlich zu zahlen ist GEZ, RheinEnergie für Strom und Gas (60 Euro p.P) und Internet (15 Euro p.P). Das ein oder andere Mal waren Hunde zu Besuch, so dass es kein tierfreier Haushalt ist.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Burgmauer mit Blick auf den Dom. Wenn dir jemand sagt: "Ich wohne am Dom!" Nein, DIESE Wohnung ist am Dom! Aus allen Zimmern zur Burgmauer gibt es Domblick und zu Fuß ist man in 55 Sek. unmittelbar direkt vor dem Dom und damit auch direkt am Hauptbahnhof. Bis in die Stadt läuft man dann aber doch etwas länger ... 4 Minuten!
