Das Zimmer wurde Anfang 2019 vollständig renoviert. Es ist hell und geräumig. Alle vorhandenen Möbel sind relativ neu (2019 gekauft). Die Kochnische bietet ausreichend Platz. Der Balkon ist relativ groß und eröffnet einen tollen Blick auf die Mauritiuskirche. Komfort, Wohlfühlfaktor und Modernität sind gegeben.
Die Lage ist ideal. Zur Linie 9 an der Mauritiuskirche braucht man nicht mal eine Minute. Der Neumarkt ist nur 450m entfernt, genau wie der Zülpicher Platz. Sämtliche KVB Bahnen, sowie Busse sind im Umkreis von 3-5 Minuten gut erreichbar.
Die vier WG Mitbewohnerinnen sind Studentinnen in und rund um Köln herum. Sowohl der Umgang, als auch das Zusammenleben zeichnen sich durch Freundlichkeit und Respekt aus. Da jeder eine eigene Kochnische im Zimmer hat, ist die freie Gestaltung des WG-Lebens möglich. Die beiden Bäder werden 1x/Woche von einer Putzfrau gereinigt.
