Unsere WG wohnt in einer anspruchsvollen und stilvollen Wohnung (120qm) in einem aufwendig sanierten Altbau (hohe Decken, Stuck, historische Fassade und Treppenhaus). Wir sind eine gemischte WG aus Berufstätigen und Studenten. Bei uns kannst du direkt mit ein paar netten und aufgeschlossenen Menschen in Kontakt kommen, findest aber auch deine Ruhe, wenn du danach suchst. Du solltest an einer längerfristigen Anmietung (mind. 6 Monate) interessiert sein.
Frei wird folgendes Zimmer:
Stylisches möbliertes Zimmer, Küche separat, großer und gemütlicher Wohn- Essbereich, 2 separate Badezimmer mit Dusche ca. 120 m2 gesamt
frei ab: 01.11.22 ca. 15 qm, 540.00 €
Das Zimmer und die Wohnung sind möbliert. Sämtliche Möbel auf den Bildern sind Teil der Miete. In dem Zimmer selbst befindet sich also bereits ein Bett (110cmx200cm, ein Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch + Stuhl, Kleiderstange, Offenes Regal und ein großer TV).

Our flat share lives in a sophisticated and stylish apartment (120sqm) in a lavishly renovated old building (high ceilings, stucco, historical facade and staircase). We are a mixed flat share of professionals and students. With us you can come into direct contact with a few nice and open-minded people, but you can also find peace of mind if you are looking for it. You should be interested in a long-term rental (at least 6 months).

Sehr schöne grüne und ruhige Topinnenstadtlage nahe den Ringen. Zwischen dem Kaiser-Wilhelm-Ring und dem Belgischen Viertel. Stadtgartennähe. Die gesamte Innenstadt Dom/HBF, Einkaufsstrassen mit Cafes und Restaurants alles fußläufig um die Ecke.
Ruhig und Topzentral. Parken in umliegenden Parkhäusern . U-Bahn ( Friesenplatz oder Christophstrasse 5 Minuten). HBF zu Fuß 10 Minuten. Gute Autoanbindung.
Very nice green and quiet top inner city location near the rings. Between the Kaiser-Wilhelm-Ring and the Belgian Quarter. near the city garden. The entire city center Dom/HBF, shopping streets with cafes and restaurants are all within walking distance around the corner.
Quiet and top central. Parking in nearby multi-storey car parks. Subway (Friesenplatz or Christophstrasse 5 minutes). HBF on foot 10 minutes. Good car connection.
