ich bin auf der Suche nach einem/r netten MitbewohnerIn für eine Wohnung in der Innenstadt.
Die Wohnung ist 50 m² groß: zwei Zimmer (13 m²/Zimmer), die Küche und Badezimmer. Ein Keller steht auch zur Verfügung und das Gebäude hat auch ein schönes privates Garten für die Einwohner des Gebäudes. Wichtig: das Zimmer wird untermietet.
Das Zimmer wird unmobiliert gemietet, damit du es möbilieren kannst, wie du willst. Ich suche jdn, der/die sauber und ordendlich (aber nicht pingelig) ist. Wenn du diese Voraussetzungen nicht erfüllst, ist das doch kein Problem aber dann solltest du ein anderes Zimmer suchen, ;-)

I am looking for a nice flatmate for a flat in the city center.
The flat hat 50 m²: two bedrooms (13 m2/room), the kitchen and the badroom. There is also basement and a privat garden for the tenants’ building. Important: the room is sublet.
The room is rented unfurnished. You can furnish it as you wish, I am looking for somebody who is clean and organized (but not finicky). If you don’t fill this prerequisites, it is not any problem but then you should look for another room, ;-)

Über mich…. Ich bin Javi und bin hier wegen meiner Arbeit umgezogen. Ich halte mich für eine sehr offene und ruhige Person. Ich treibe sehr gerne Sport (besonders surfen) und bin total reiselustig. Allerdings sind meine Lieblingshobbies quasi essen und schlafen, :P. Ich würde gerne mit jdm leben, mit dem ich manchmal etwas machen kann: kochen, etwas trinken oder etwas unterwegs unternehmen.
Das ist keine WG-Party. Diese Zeit ist schon vorbei für mich vorbei, weil ich früh wegen meiner Arbeit aufstehen muss. Deshalb bin ich auf der Suche nach einer Person, die das sehr respektiert.
Wie man oben lesen kann: LGBTIQ+-friendly Wohnung. Es gibt auch hier keinen Platz für Sexismus, Razismus usw.
Damit ich weiß, dass du die Berwung gelesen hast, schreib als Begrüssung “Hi, ich bin xx und ich liebe Schokolade!”. Schreib bitte anstatt xx deinen richtigen Namen, ;-)

About me… I am Javi und I have moved to Cologne due to my job. I think that I am a verz open and quiet person. I like doing sport a lot (especially surfen) and I am definitely fond of traveling. However, my favourite hobbies are eat and sleep, :P. I would like to live with somebody who sometimes feel look doing something with me: to cook, to drink something or do something on the road.
This is not any party flat. That time is already over for me, because I have to get up very early to go working. For this reason, I am looking for a flatmate who respects it much.
As you can see above: LGBTI+-friendly flat. There is also no room for sexism, racism and etc here.
