Ich suche für meine 2er WG eine liebe Mitbewohnerin. Die Wohnung hat alles was man brauch: ein kleines Badezimmer, Küche mit allem drum und dran (außer einer Spülmaschine :(( ) und zwei schöne Zimmerchen. Dein Zimmer wäre unmöbliert und mit einem Fenster zum Innenhof, also schön ruhig gelegen :) Eine Wand ist altrosa gestrichen, das kannst du aber natürlich auch noch ändern.
Zunächst ist das Zimmer nur zu Zwischenmiete, da ich im Mai mein Referendariat anfange und ich selbst noch nicht weiß, ob ich in Köln bleiben kann oder evtl. sogar die Wohnung dann alleine stemme. Aber es ist auch gut möglich, dass du langfristig bleiben kannst :)
Die Thieboldsgasse geht direkt vom Neumarkt ab, zur Bahn-Haltestelle sind es zu Fuß kaum 2 Minuten. Auch die Haltestelle Mauritiuskirche ist sehr schnell zu erreichen. Durch die Nähe zur Innenstadt gibt es zahlreiche Einkaufsmölichkeiten, sowohl für Lebensmittel, als auch für alles Weitere. Generell ist die Straße aber sehr ruhig gelegen und man bekommt nicht viel vom Trubel der Stadt mit.
Zweck-WG's sind blöd! Freue mich also wenn du gesellig bist und mit mir das ein oder andere Pläuschchen hältst, wir ab und an mal gemeinsam etwas unternehmen/kochen/sporteln, was auch immer. :)
