Dir steht eine Waschmaschine in der Küche und ein Trockner im Keller zur Verfügung. Außerdem gibt es einen Fahrradkeller.

The apartment has a spacious, cosy living room (with sofa, dining table and TV), as well as two bed rooms, a shower and a WC. Your room has direct access to the terrace and is fully furnished (bed, desk, clothes rack and shelf).
You can use the washing machine in the kitchen and a dryer in the cellar. There is also a room for the bicycles.

Die Wohnung liegt im Severinsviertel, in der wunderschönen Südstadt. Zur Stadtbahn- und Bushaltestelle sind es nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Fußgängerzone erreichst du zu Fuß in 10 Minuten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rehe, Netto, DM etc.) sind ebenfalls fußläufig zu erreichen. Du musst nur eine Straße überqueren, um an Rhein spazieren zu gehen und direkt um die Ecke ist ein öffentlicher Basketball-, Volleyball und Soccercourt.

The apartment is located in the Severinsviertel, in Cologne's beautiful Südstadt! It's only 3 minutes by feet to the next tram and bus station, and the shopping area in the center is reached in 10 minutes by feet.
Supermarkets, bakeries etc. are in close distance (5 Minutes by feet). If you want to enjoy a nice walk at the Rhine, just cross one street. Around the corner is also a public Basketball-, Volleyball ans Soccercourt
In dieser wunderschönen Wohnung wird ein Zimmer frei! Das WG Leben ist sehr angenehm und entspannt, es wird gerne zusammen gekocht und gequatscht.
