Hallo zusammen,
es handelt sich hier um ein kleines, aber feines Zimmer, welches voll möbliert ist.
Es hat alles was man braucht: Bett (1,40m*2,00m), Schreibtisch und Kleiderschrank. Alle Möbel die auf den Bilder zu sehen sind, bleiben und sind im Mietpreis mit inbegriffen.
Das Zimmer ist durch die Eckfenster sehr hell. Es ist außerdem sehr ruhig, da die Fenster liegen nach hinten zum einem Hinterhof liegen.

this is a small but nice room, which is fully furnished.
It has everything you need: Bed (1,40m*2,00m), desk and closet. All the furniture that can be seen on the pictures stays and is included in the rent.
The room is very bright due to the corner windows. It is also very quiet, because the windows are located to the rear to a backyard.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist super zental, mitten im Herzen von Köln. Bis zur Schildergasse sind es zu Fuß nur 5 Minuten. Bis zum Rheinufer ebenfalls nur maximal 10min zu laufen (idela zum joggen).
Auch die öffentliche Anbindung könnte schlecht besser sein. 5min zur Station Heumarkt und 8min zum Neumarkt.
Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (bspw. Rewe) sind zu Fuß auch innerhlab von 3min zu erreichen. Zusätzlich git es zahlreiche Restaurats und Kiosk in dirkekter Nähe.
Trotz der zentralen Lage ist die Strasse recht ruhig.

The location of the apartment is super central, right in the heart of Cologne. To the Schildergasse it is only 5 minutes walk. To the Rheinufer also only a maximum of 10min to walk (ideal for running).
Also, the public connection could hardly be better. 5min to the station Heumarkt and 8min to Neumarkt.
The nearest shopping facilities (eg Rewe) are also within 3min walking distance. In addition, there are numerous restaurants and kiosks in the direct vicinity.
Despite the central location, the street is very quiet.
Das WG-Leben hier ist sehr entspannt und deine zukünftigen Mitewohner sind alle sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Die WG ist ziemlich international und alle kommen aus verschiedenen Ländern. Aktuell wohnt ein Ägypter, ein Portugiese und ein Braslilianer in dem Apartment. Alle sind berufstätig und haben geregelte Tagesabläufe. Ab und zu wird auch mal zusammengekocht und gegessen.
Die Küche, welche mit allen notwendigen Utensilien ausgestattet ist, wird genau so wie die beiden Bäder von allen genutzt. Es gilt das Prinzip "hinterlasse es so wie es auffinden möchtest".
Momentan gibt es eine Putzfrau, welche alle zwei Wochen kommt und die Gemeinschaftsräume und den Flur putzt. Sie kann bei Bedarf (und gegen Aufpreis) auch dein zukünfiges Zimmer mit putzen und auch deine Wäsche machen. Die Kosten hierfür werden durch alle Mitbewohner geteilt und sind nicht in der Miete enthalten (Kosten ca. 20€ pro Kopf im Monat).

The flat-sharing life here is very relaxed and your future flatmates are all very nice and helpful.
The WG is quite international and everyone comes from different countries. Currently, an Egyptian, a Portuguese and a Brazilian live in the apartment. All of them are employed and have regular daily routines. From time to time they cook and eat together.
The kitchen, which is equipped with all the necessary utensils, is used by everyone, as are the two bathrooms. The principle is "leave it as you find it".
Currently, there is a cleaning lady who comes every two weeks and cleans the common rooms and the hallway. If necessary (and for an extra charge) she can also clean your future room and do your laundry. The costs for this are shared by all flatmates and are not included in the rent (costs about 20€ per head per month).
Vor Einzug ist eine Abnutzungspauschsale für die Nutzung der Geräte und Möbel von 400€ zu leisten.
Der Einzug ist ab dem 01.09.2021 möglich, evtl auch schon etwas früher.
