Das Zimmer ist knapp 14qm groß und möbliert. Es hat ein 1,2m breites Bett, einen Schreibtisch und ein großes Wandregal. Die Miete beinhaltet sämtliche Kosten (Wasser, Heizung, Strom, Internet).
Der Zeitraum ist verhandelbar, auch länger oder kürzer ist möglich.
Die Wohnung ist eine typische Altbauwohnung. Manche Ecken sind schief, aber instesamt ist es hier sehr angenehm. Die Küche und das Bad sind super klein, dafür ist das gemeinsamen Wohnzimmer um so größer.

The room has almost 14m² and is fully funrinshed. The apartment is in a nice old building, so the walls aren't perfectly straight and it has its charm.
Mitten in der Südstadt in der ruhigen Maria-Hilf-Straße. Besser geht es nicht.
Ich bin Jan, 40 und Künstler. Tagsüber bin ich meist im Atelier am arbeiten. Mein Leben bewegt sich zwischen Musik, Ausstellungen, Kino, Rennradfahren und Freunden hin und her. Ich philosopiere gerne über super spannende polnische Filme aus den 80ern schaue aber auch mal Netflix.
In der WG gemeinsam zu kochen ist super und Gäste sind immer willkommen. Manchmal gibt es Bier manchmal Kräutertee. Sich ins Zimmer zurückzuziehen ist immer in Ordnung.

I like to cook and eat togehter and guests are always welcome. Somteimes there is beer sometimes herbal tea. And taking time for yourself closing the door to your room is always fine.
