Hello all/Hallo zusammen,
From end of February (20.02) until end of May (31.05) is my 16sqm confortable-furnished room in the center of Belgisches Viertel avaliable. Best location of the city, easy access to all central areas of Cologne and a lot of options to spend time in the surrounding area.
For my bedroom, bed (1,40 x 2m), desk, chair and floor lamp included. Bathroom and kitchen are also fully furnished, kitchen includes oven, microwave, stove and pretty much everything else. Washing machine is avaliable on the last floor of the building.
Total cost is 525 per month with all included (Internet, electricity, gas, heater, ...)
Von Ende Februar (20.02) bis Ende Mai (31.05) ist mein 16qm großes gemütlich, möbliertes Zimmer im Zentrum des Belgischen Viertels frei. Beste Lage der Stadt, gute Anbindung an alle zentralen Bereiche Kölns und viele Möglichkeiten, Zeit im Umland zu verbringen.
Für mein Schlafzimmer sind Bett (1,40 x 2m), Schreibtisch, Stuhl und Stehlampe inklusive. Badezimmer und Küche sind ebenfalls komplett eingerichtet, die Küche beinhaltet Backofen, Mikrowelle, Herd und so ziemlich alles andere. Waschmaschine ist auf der letzten Etage des Gebäudes verfügbar.
Die Gesamtkosten betragen 525 pro Monat mit allem inklusive (Internet, Strom, Gas, Heizung, ...)
Location is perfect, 5 minutes by foot from Friesenplatz (Lines 3, 4, 5 12 and 15) and 10 minutes from Moltkestrasse (Line 1). Multiple options of bars and restaurants around plus nice places to spend time outdoor - Stadtgarten, Grüngurtel and Brusseler Platz from 5 to 10 minutes away. Other areas such as the Dom, Neumarkt, Zülpicher Strasse are easily reachable as well, having the option to choose between taking the tram or walking. Supermarkets are also present in the neighborhood - there are plenty of them in less than 10 minutes walking distance (Rewe, Aldi, Lidl, Netto).
Die Lage ist perfekt, 5 Gehminuten vom Friesenplatz (Linien 3, 4, 5, 12 und 15) und 10 Minuten von der Moltkestraße (Linie 1) entfernt. Mehrere Bars und Restaurants in der Umgebung sowie schöne Orte, um Zeit im Freien zu verbringen - Stadtgarten, Grüngurtel und Brüsseler Platz in 5 bis 10 Minuten Entfernung. Andere Bereiche wie der Dom, der Neumarkt und die Zülpicher Straße sind ebenfalls leicht zu erreichen, wobei Sie die Möglichkeit haben, zwischen der Straßenbahn oder zu Fuß zu wählen. Supermärkte sind auch in der Nachbarschaft vorhanden - davon sind viele in weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar (Rewe, Aldi, Lidl, Netto).
My roommate works with sport and is very easygoing person. He can communicate in 4 different languages (German, English, Spanish and Portuguese). We hang out quite often, sometimes for dinner/cooking together.
Mein Mitbewohner arbeitet mit Sport und ist ein sehr gelassener Mensch. Er kann in 4 verschiedenen Sprachen kommunizieren (Deutsch, Englisch, Spanisch und Portugiesisch). Wir hängen ziemlich oft zusammen, manchmal zum gemeinsamen Abendessen/Kochen.
