ab ca. März bis Juli wird mein gemütliches Zimmer in unserer WG zur Untermiete frei. Der genaue Zeitraum ist jedoch flexibel, falls also jemand ein paar Wochen früher oder später ein- oder ausziehen möchte, kann man das entsprechend planen :)

✨ Zimmer ✨
Das Zimmer verfügt über eine Fensterfront mit viel Tageslicht und einem eigenen Zugang zum Balkon. Es ist etwa 15qm groß und wird (teil-)möbliert übergeben. Dazu gehören ein geräumiger Kleiderschrank, ein TV-Schrank mit noch mehr Stauraum, ein kleines Regal, ein Sofa und Matratze, sowie Lattenrost. Wenn du noch etwas brauchst, können wir schauen, ob wir das organisieren können. Es gibt auch ein Gebraucht-Möbellager in ca. 100 Metern Entfernung, wo man gute und günstige Möbel (und ziemlich viel anderen Kram) bekommen kann. Du hast natürlich auch Zugang zu Kühlschrank, Herd und Waschmaschine! :)

From March to July, my cozy room in our shared apartment will be available for sublet. The exact timeframe is flexible, so if anyone wishes to move in or out a few weeks earlier or later, we can plan accordingly :)

✨ ROOM✨
The room features a window front with plenty of natural light and private access to the balcony. It's approximately 15 sqm and will be handed over (partially) furnished. This includes a spacious wardrobe, a TV cabinet with additional storage, a small shelf, a sofa and mattress, as well as a bed base. If you need anything else, we can check if we can organize it. There's also a used furniture store about 100 meters away, where you can get good and affordable furniture (and quite a bit of other stuff). You also have access to the refrigerator, stove, and washing machine! :)
✨ LAGE ✨
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Hochhaus in Bickendorf, direkt hinter der Äußeren Kanalstraße und ist somit extrem gut an Ehrenfeld (2 Stationen bis Venloer Straße Gürtel) und auch grundsätzlich sehr gut an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in sämtliche Richtungen angebunden. Die Linien 3 und 4, sowie Buslinien 139, 140, 141 und 142 fahren direkt vor der Haustür und am Neumarkt ist man in etwa 15 Minuten. Das Haus wirkt auf den ersten Blick nicht unbedingt gemütlich, dafür ist die Wohnung jedoch sehr schön, in Top Zustand und mit einem großen Balkon ausgestattet, zu dem dein Zimmer einen eigenen Zugang hat!
Was an der Wohnung besonders cool ist, ist dass ein Rewe und ein dm quasi im Haus sind. Bei Regen wird man beim Einkaufen nicht zum Beispiel nicht nass. Außerdem gibt es einen Waschsalon, einen Netto, mehrere Essensmöglichkeiten und eigentlich alles, was man braucht, in unmittelbarer Nähe. Es steht zum Beispiel auch eine Packstation direkt vor der Tür. Trotzdem ist es eine sehr ruhige Umgebung, was man nicht unbedingt erwarten würde. Die Fenster gehen nicht zu einer befahrenen Straße aus und es kommt viel Licht in die Wohnung :)

✨ LOCATION ✨
The apartment is situated in a high-rise building in Bickendorf, right behind Äußere Kanalstraße, making it extremely well-connected to Ehrenfeld (2 stations to Venloer Straße Gürtel) and generally well-connected to public transportation in all directions. Tram lines 3 and 4, as well as bus lines 139, 140, 141, and 142, stop right outside the door, and you can reach Neumarkt in about 15 minutes. The building may not look cozy at first glance, but the apartment is very nice, in top condition, and equipped with a large balcony, to which your room has private access!
What's particularly cool about the apartment is that a Rewe and a dm are practically in the building. You won't get wet while shopping in the rain, for example. There's also a laundromat, a Netto, several dining options, and basically everything you need in close proximity. There's even a parcel station right outside the door. Despite all this, it's a very quiet area, which might not be expected. The windows don't face a busy street, and there's plenty of light coming into the apartment :)
✨ WG-LEBEN ✨
Das WG-Leben ist sehr entspannt, und du wirst einen sehr lieben, lustigen Mitbewohner haben, der gerne mal quatscht, aber auch nicht beleidigt ist, wenn du mal deine Ruhe brauchst. Falls du gerne Gesellschafts-/Videospiele spielst, bist du hier sehr gut aufgehoben! :D Wir haben eine gute, stabile WLAN-Verbindung und halten ein stabiles Mittelmaß bei Sauberkeit und Ordnung.

The shared apartment life is very relaxed, and you'll have a very kind, fun roommate who enjoys chatting but won't be offended if you need some peace and quiet. If you like playing board/video games, you're in the right place! :D We have a good, stable Wi-Fi connection and maintain a reasonable level of cleanliness and order.

Die monatliche Miete beträgt 550€. Darin enthalten sind bereits alle Nebenkosten, inklusive WLAN! :)
