Hello everyone, this is only a short term rent. If you are looking for a room between September 2nd and October 1st, then this might be interesting. Shorter periods (and rent) also possible.
The flat is quite green, with lots of plants, and it spreads over two floors. The room advertised has 21 qm and is, like the rest of the flat, quite bright and sunny. A big bathroom is on the upper floor, a smaller one downstairs, next to the big kitchen, where we convene to chat, discuss and cook. About us: Alex is writing her phd thesis, Jens is working as a care assistant and in a KITA, Laura is writing her bachelor thesis.
Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig hinter einem Wohnblock gelegen, der uns von der Äußeren Kanalstraße schützt. Im Innenhof ist häufig etwas zu entdecken.
In der näheren Umgebung sind diverse Supermärkte und Discounter (REWE, Aldi, Penny...). Mit dem Rad ist man in 5 Minuten in Zentral-Ehrenfeld. Die nächst gelegene Haltestelle der 3/4 ist der Rochusplatz, dieser ist in 7 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
The flat is very quiet, thanks to a block of houses in front of us blocking the car noises. The back yard has children playing in it, so that's nice to watch.
There are several supermarkets nearby (REWE, Aldi, Penny...) and you can be in Central Ehrenfeld in 5 minutes by bike.
