I am subletting a 12m² room, super ventilated, quiet, with a little storage room inside with plenty of space for clothes or other belongings plus a big shelf.
The room has no bed but a matress, with a width of around 1.2m. You can also feel free to bring your bed in case you would prefer.
The house is located in a calm neighborhood near Maarweg, Tram station with trains to the city center every 10 minutes. There are also many bus options around us, which go everywhere. With the bicycle it is around 15 minutes to the university. We are also walking distance to Ehrenfeld and Muengersdorf Technologiepark. 10 minutes walking from us is Braunsfeld Stadtwald where you can find a street market every Saturday and the cute and famous Tierpark, where you can pet free living animals like deer and donkeys.
We have a couple of Supermarkets nearby, like REWE, Hit + Beverageshop, and LIDL, plus a Fuel station just 5 minutes away. Rossmman and many bakeries are also available nearby.

Looking for a nice, calm girl to share the flat with me for the period of three months while my boyfriend will be away. The apartment is overall fully equipped (except for dishwasher, but c'mon, who needs it!?), very convenient located, super cozy neighborhood with all you need in walking distance.
