ich heiße Nicolas bin 26 Jahre und Berufstätig. Mein aktueller Mitbewohner zieht bald aus, suche deshalb jemanden neues. Ob Male/Female ist mir egal, mir ist nur Sauberkeit recht wichtig. Mitbenutzung von Bad und Küche ist ganz frei. Ich bin viel Zuhause und lebe recht ruhig. Ich höre keine laute Musik, trinke nicht und mache kein Party zuhause. So etwas in die Richtung suche ich auf jeden fall auch, damit von vorne rein keine Streitigkeiten entstehen.
Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen 5 min vom Melatengürtel. Es gibt immer Parkplätze, umsonst sogar, aber auch einen Fahrradkeller. Man ist aber auch so in 10 min am Aachener Weiher.
Wie lange das Mietverhältnis bestehen soll weiß ich nicht, ist alles absprechbar.
Ansonsten Koche ich eigentlich jeden Tag zuhause und koche sehr gerne. Ich bin aber auch in der Regel den Großteil des Tages beruflich unterwegs. Aber sonst kein komplizierter Mensch.
