Since I'm moving out soon, from March 1, there is a beautiful 12 m2 room free in Buchforst (51065) 2 minutes from the U-Bahn/S-Bahn. Price-450€ warm including radio tax. The room is bright and fully furnished. Nearby the entire infrastructure - shops, fitness center, street food.
Neighbors are:the owner of the apartment Szcztepah (22) and Martina (23) are both polish and nice.
Deposit - 900 €, rent is preferably from six months. Unfortunately Ameldung is not possible.
We would like the new person to be between 20 and 30 years old, clean and respect the boundaries.
For all questions, you can write to me (preferably in English), I answer promptly. F2F/online visits are possible almost any time soon, since I study online.

Da ich bald ausziehe, ist ab dem 1. März ein schönes 12 m2 Zimmer frei in Buchforst (51065) 2 Minuten von der U-Bahn/S-Bahn entfernt. Preis - 450€ warm inkl. Radiosteuer. Das Zimmer ist hell und komplett möbliert. In der Nähe die gesamte Infrastruktur - Geschäfte, Fitnesscenter, Street Food.
Nachbarn sind: die Besitzerin der Wohnung Szcztepah (22) und Martina (23) sind beide polnisch und nett.
Kaution - 900 €, Miete bevorzugt ab 6 Monaten. Anmeldung ist leider nicht möglich.
Wir möchten, dass die neue Person zwischen 20 und 30 Jahre alt ist, sauber ist und die Grenzen respektiert.
Bei allen Fragen können Sie mich gerne anschreiben (vorzugsweise auf Englisch), ich antworte umgehend. F2F/Online-Besuche sind bald fast jederzeit möglich, da ich online studiere.
