Nachdem ich 1,5 Jahre in meiner Wohnung gelebt habe, habe ich mich entschlossen, umzuziehen, so ist dies Ihre Gelegenheit, das wunderbare Zimmer in der Wohnung zu besetzen 😊.
Das Zimmer (34,35 qm) und die WG sind mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht, vom Bett bis zum Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Kleiderschrank und mehr. Das Zimmer selbst ist sehr hell, da es ein großes Fenster hat, das einen direkten Zugang zum Garten ermöglicht. Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig und durch das große Fenster wirkt es noch größer.
Die Wohnung ist bereits möbliert, und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet.

After 1.5 years of living in my apartment, I have decided to move so this is your opportunity to occupy the wonderful room in the apartment 😊
The room (34,35 sqm) and the WG are both furnished with everything you might need, from a bed to a desk, chair, wardrobe, and more. The room itself is very lit, as it has big window, granting it direct access to the garden. The room is very spacious and having the big window makes it feel even bigger.
As for the apartment, the apartment is also already furnished, and the kitchen is well equipped.
Die WG befindet sich in Deutz in einem grünen und ruhigen Gebäudekomplex mit freundlichen und jungen Nachbarn und guter Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Sie befindet sich direkt neben der Deutzer-Freiheit und 10 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Messe-Deutz entfernt. Die U-Bahn-Linien 3, 4, 9 und 1 befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe der Wohnung, so dass man in weniger als 10 Minuten im Stadtzentrum ist. Außerdem ist der Rheinauhafen in der Nähe, so dass Sie die Sonne und das gute Wetter in der Umgebung genießen können.

The WG is located Deutz in a green and quiet building complex with friendly and young neighbors and easy access to public transportation. It is next to Deutzer-Freiheit and 10 walking from Messe-Deutz station. The U-Bahn lines 3,4,9 and 1 are next to the apartment so in less than 10 mn you can be in the city centre. Additionally, Rheinauhafen is nearby so you can enjoy the sun and good weather in the area.
The building also has an elevator, a place to park bicycles, and washing machines and dryers that can be used by all the neighbours.
Außerdem ist es mir wichtig, den Ort sauber und organisiert zu halten, da er mit einem weiteren freundlichen Menschen geteilt wird. Es ist eine internationale WG, so dass man Menschen aus verschiedenen Gesellschaftsschichten treffen kann🤗.
