I am looking for a woman around 25-40 years old to take my room.
Our apartment is about 50 square meters. We have two bedrooms, as well as a kitchen/dining area and a bathroom.
The kitchen and dining area is quite spatial. We cook a lot in the flat because the kitchen is absolutely well-equipped. We have oven, dishwasher, pans, blenders, kettles, rice cookers, toasters, wine glasses, Ceramic stove and lots of exotic spices. As I will only bring a backpack with me when I am away, you are welcome to share my stuffs for cooking and spices.
We also have many cute plants and herbs in the flat :)
Your room:
Your room is about 12 square meters and would be handed over to you fully furnished. The room has a high ceiling with a bunk bed, which makes the whole room look more spatial. I will prefer to leave all the furnitures for you, with an extra cost of 290EUR, including a desk, a closet, drawers, a chair, shelves, hangers, mattress, comforter and a super comfy bean bag (-one lamp and curtains were belonged to my flatmate)! Most of them are bought in around 1-2 year.
You also have space to decorate the room with everything your heart desires. In the photos you can find the room - that's about how your future flat will look like.
The whole flat consists of a comfortable wooden texture with colourful furnitures. According to my friends it is one of the most beautiful flat/kitchen in Cologne!
Public transportation is only few mins away. Trams are reachable is 3-5 mins. Train station Deutz-messe is 3 mins by bike and 10 mins by walking. You can reach the main street with supermarkets and restaurants in 5 mins. There is a delicious pizza place nearby!
The location of the flat is on the side street, which is really quite at night.
It is really close to Rhein with beautiful sunset 10 mins from walking. 10 mins to Neumarkt and 15mins to the university.
You will share the flat with Agatha.. She works in a non-profit organisation for social projects. She likes yoga, music, cycling, cooking, baking and has good tastes in almost everything. She is definitely one of the best roommates I ever had!
She is really lovely and empathetic. We respect each other's space and also enjoy each other's company. We share lots of nice conversations, international cuisines and delicious wines together.
She will be in the inspection so you will get to know her more!
