Somos un proyecto de casa algo caótico en las afueras de la ciudad (bien conectado al tranvía 4) con grandes sueños y a veces no la energía necesaria y en el momento no bastante gente;D
El proyecto tiene mucho potencial y necesita un nuevo impulso para utilizarlo.

Atrae a la gente una y otra vez a otras partes de Alemania y el mundo, para que haya algunos cambios en la casa. Se espera que varias habitaciones estén disponibles en un futuro próximo, incluso para estas personas todavía están buscando. Así que si usted está interesado, por ejemplo, como grupo, estamos abiertos a usted y están felices de escuchar de usted.
Queremos priorizar FLINTA (mujeres, lesbianas, inter, nonbinary, trans, Agender) y BIJPoC (Black, Indígenas, Judíos, Pueblos de Color).

Estamos buscando personas que quieran mudarse con nosotros y seguir formando este proyecto de casa inevitable.
Todas las habitaciones tienen carácter y encanto. Se calcula que es de entre 15 y 25m2 y hay un nivel fijo. El alquiler es en promedio 370€, pero tenemos un sistema de alquiler solidario.
Un certificado oficial de registro / liberación no es posible por desgracia con nosotros, pero tenemos posibilidades de regular esto juntos.
Las siguientes 2 habitaciones estarán libres de abril y luego en junio/julio.

WARUM BIJPoC:

Actualmente somos una casa mixta y estábamos dominados por la larga BIJPoC, nos gustaría regresar. Es el deseo/proceso actual del grupo crear un espacio de vida no dominado por blanco, por lo que también priorizamos BIJPoC para las habitaciones libres. La cohabitación de la constelación actual ha estado preocupada por la crítica al racismo, a veces también hay procesos en el grupo general y hay una comprensión del problema de las relaciones de poder racistas persistentes.
Somos conscientes de que este es un proceso continental. En el GT viven muchas personas queer y trans*, por lo que es importante para nosotros que usted/euch sabe cómo-solidaric-sein está allí.

HOUSE:

La casa es grande y vieja. Por un lado, esto ofrece mucho espacio y posibilidades para vivir, por ejemplo, hay un amplio taller en la bodega y un gran horno de pizza en la cocina. Muchas cosas se construyen y siempre hay cosas divertidas y extrañas que descubrir. Esto naturalmente también significa mucha improvisación y reparación. La casa es de dos plantas con escaleras y por lo tanto, lamentablemente no es accesible silla de ruedas. Y para personas fuertes con enfermedades respiratorias o alérgicas, la casa probablemente no es tan adecuada para muchas alfombras.
Además, actualmente estamos viviendo un pequeño, gran perro que nos trae mucha alegría :D

ORGA:
Nos organizamos juntos una vez a la semana.
Tenemos un sistema de alquiler solidario y un fondo alimentario común.
Tratamos de reunirnos regularmente para hacer frente a las renovaciones en la casa juntos y hacer todo lo más divertido posible. O también hablar de procesos a largo plazo en la casa y hablar de cosas como racismo, relaciones con dinero y estructuras patriarcales.

No dejas que un pequeño desastre y DIY te asuste y quieres vivir junto con demandas políticas que estamos tratando de hacer justicia :D?

Somos una comunidad poco caótica de intercambio de casas en Colonia-Dünnwald con grandes sueños y a veces no la energía para hacerlos realidad. Y en este momento también estamos buscando gente;D
La casa tiene mucho potencial, y necesitamos nueva energía para usarlo.

Perspectivamente habrá otras habitaciones disponibles en la próxima vez. Entre otras cosas, la gente se mueve a otras partes de Alemania y el mundo, por lo que habrá algunos cambios en la casa. Así que si estás interesado en mudarte como grupo, esto podría ser una posibilidad. Cuando las habitaciones estén disponibles, seguiremos proitizando BIJPoC, Queer y FLINTA ( Mujer, Lesbiana, Inter, Nonbinary, Trans, A- Gender) Personas.



POR BIJPoC
Es el deseo actual del grupo de crear un espacio de vida menos dominado por blanco, por lo que estamos priorizando BIJPoC. Los compañeros de la constelación actual han invertido algún trabajo en la crítica racista, ahora y después se desarrollan procesos en todo el grupo y existe un consenso sobre el problema de las relaciones de poder racistas existentes. Hay mucha gente del GDPoC y trans* que vive en la parte de la casa, por lo que es importante para nosotros que sepas estar en solidaridad.

ROOM
Estamos buscando personas que quieran mudarse y ser parte del proceso de crear un lugar en el que queremos vivir.
Las habitaciones aquí son muy únicas y difíciles de describir. Son aproximadamente de 15 a 25m2 de tamaño y hay un entresuelo permanentemente instalado. El alquiler es de unos 350€, pero tenemos un sistema de alquiler que se basa en la solidaridad y se basa en las necesidades individuales.
Desafortunadamente, un registro oficial no es posible con nosotros, pero tenemos posibilidades de resolver esto juntos.
La habitación estará disponible desde Aprill.

HOUSE

La casa es grande y vieja. Por un lado, esto ofrece mucho espacio y posibilidades para vivir nuestras vidas, por ejemplo, hay un gran taller en el sótano y un Pizza Stove en la cocina. Por otro lado, significa mucha improvisación y reparación. La casa es de dos pisos con escaleras y por lo tanto no es accesible silla de ruedas. Y para las personas con alergias fuertes o enfermedades respiratorias la casa probablemente no es tan adecuada debido a todas las alfombras.
Así que un perro pequeño acaba de mudarse y hace que todos nosotros realmente felices :D

Organización:
Tenemos un feliz cada dos semanas.
Nuestro sistema de alquiler se basa en la solitariedad y un presupuesto colectivo para la alimentación.
Intentamos reunirnos regularmente para limpiar y reparar cosas. Bcs haciendo cosas juntos es siempre más divertido.
Así que hacemos lo mismo para hablar de temas como Racismo, Dinero y estructuras patriarcales.

Así que si no estás asustado por un poco de Chaos y DIY y quieres vivir juntos basados en ideas políticas, incluso si no podemos vivir siempre a nuestras propias expectativas entonces por favor escríbanos un poco sobre ti mismo.

Wir sind ein etwas chaotisches Hausprojekt am Stadtrand (gut mit der Tram 4 angebunden) mit grossen Träumen und manchmal nicht der nötigen Energie und im Moment nicht genug Leuten ;D
Das Projekt hat viel Potenzial, und braucht neuen Schwung um das auch zu nutzen.

Es zieht Leute immer wieder unter anderem noch einmal in andere Teile von Deutschland und der Welt, sodass im Haus einige Veränderungen anstehen. Es werden voraussichtlich in nächster Zeit noch mehrere Zimmer frei, auch für diese wird weiterhin nach Personen gesucht. Falls du/ihr also z.B. als Gruppe Interesse habt, sind wir da offen für und freuen uns von euch zu hören.
FLINTA (Frauen, Lesben, Inter, Nonbinary, Trans, Agender) und BIJPoC (Black, Indigenous, Jewish, People of Colour) wollen wir bei unserer Suche priorisieren.

Wir sind auf der Suche nach Personen, die Lust haben bei uns einzuziehen und mit uns dieses ungewöhliche Hausprojekt weiter mitgestalten.
Die Zimmer haben allesamt Charakter und Charme. Es ist schätzungsweise zwischen 15 und 25m2 groß und es gibt dort eine fest installierte Hochebene. Die Miete beträgt im Schnitt 370€ aber wir haben ein solidarisches Mietsystem.
Eine offizielle Anmeldung/Meldebescheinigung ist bei uns leider nicht möglich, aber wir haben Möglichkeiten das gemeinsam zu regeln. 
Das nächsten 2 Zimmer ist ab Aprill frei das nächste dann im Juni/Juli.

WARUM BIJPoC:

Aktuell sind wir ein gemischt bewohntes Haus und waren lange BIJPoC dominiert, dahin würden wir gerne wieder zurück. Es ist aktueller Wunsch/Prozess der Gruppe, einen nicht-weiß-dominierten Wohnraum zu schaffen, deswegen auchen wir priorisiert BIJPoC für die frei werdenden Zimmer. Die Mitbewohnis der aktuellen Konstellation haben sich mit Rassismuskritik beschäftigt, ab und zu finden hierzu auch Prozesse in der Gesamtgruppe statt und ein Verständnis über die Problematik anhaltender rassistischer Machtverhältnisse besteht.
Wir sind uns darüber bewusst, dass das ein kontinuiertlicher Prozess ist. In der WG leben sehr viele queere und trans* Personen, deswegen ist es uns wichtig, dass bei dir/euch da Wissen zu wie-solidarisch-sein da ist.

HAUS:

Das Haus ist groß und alt. Das bietet einerseits viel Platz und Möglichkeiten sich auszuleben, es gibt zum Beispiel eine geräumige Werkstatt im Keller und einen grossen Pizzaofen in der Küche. Viele Dinge sind selbst gebaut und es gibt immer lustige und seltsame Dinge zu entdecken. Das bedeutet natürlich auch eine Menge Improvisation und Reparatur. Das Haus ist zweigeschossig mit Treppe und allein deshalb leider nicht rollstuhlgerecht. Und für starke Allergiker*innen oder Personen mit Atemwegserkrankungen ist das Haus vermutlich auch nicht so gut geeignet, wegen vieler Teppiche.
Ausserdem lebt bei uns im Moment ein kleiner toller Hund der uns allen viel Freude bringt :D

ORGA:
Wir organisieren uns, indem wir uns einmal die Woche zusammensetzen.
Wir haben ein solidarisches Mietsystem und eine gemeinsame Essenskasse.
Wir versuchen uns regelmässig zu treffen, um reperaturen im Haus gemeinsam anzugehen und das ganze möglichst lustig zu gestallten. Oder auch um über langfristige Prozesse im Haus zu sprechen und über Dinge wie Rassismus, Beziehungen zu Geld und Patriarchale Strukturen zu sprechen.

Du lässt dich von ein bisschen Chaos und DIY nicht abschrecken und hast Lust auf ein zusammenleben mit politischen Ansprüchen, denen wir versuchen gerecht zu werden :D ?

We are a bit chaotic house-sharing community in Cologne-Dünnwald with big dreams and sometimes not the energy to make them true. And at the moment we are looking for people too ;D
The house has a lot of potential, and we need new energy to use it.

Perspectively there will be other rooms available in the next time. Among other things, people are moving to other parts of Germany and the world, so there will be some changes in the house. So if you also are interested to move in as a group, this might be a possibility. When rooms become available, we will keep on proritising BIJPoC , Queer and FLINTA ( Female, Lesbian, Inter, Nonbinary, Trans , A- Gender) People.



WHY BIJPoC
It is the current desire of the group to create a less white-dominated living space, so we are prioritisiung BIJPoC. The housemates of the current constellation have invested some work in racism critique, now and then processes take place in the whole group and a consensus exists about the problem of existing racist power relations. There are a lot of BIPoC and trans* people living in the house share, so it is important for us that u know how to be in solidarity.

ROOM
We are looking for people who want to move in and be part of the process of creating a place we want to live in.
The rooms here are all very unique and hard to describe. They are approximately between 15 and 25m2 in size and there is a permanently installed mezzanine. The rent is about 350€ but we have a rent system that is build on solidarity and build on individual needs.
Unfortunately, an official registration is not possible with us, but we have possibilities to solve this together.
The room will be available from Aprill.

HOUSE

The house is large and old. On the one hand, this offers a lot of space and possibilities to live out our lives, for example, there is a large workshop in the basement and a Pizza Stove in the kitchen. On the other hand, it also means a lot of improvisation and repair. The house is two-story with stairs and therefore not wheelchair accessible. And for people with strong allergies or respiratory diseases the house is probably not so well suited because of all the carpets.
Also a small dog just moved in and makes all of us real happy :D

Organisation:
We have a plenary every two weeks.
Our rent system is based on solitariry and we a collective budget for food.
We try to meet up regularly to clean up and repair stuff. bcs doing stuff together is always more Fun.
Also we do the same to talk about topics like Racism, Money and Patriarchial structures.
