The room is in a 3 room appartment, 3rd floor without elevator. The location of the appartment is optimum for who needs to use the transport. the metro station is by the house, and Ehrenfeld station is 4 minutes away. The zone is full of all types of shops, REWE, ALDI and PENY are in no distance. The inhabitants are rather living independent.
The kitchen is shared with the owner of one other room. The shower ( with a baththub) uses electric flow heater and the water gets heated pretty fast. The heating of the rooms are by airblow radiators, yet the rooms stay pretty warm being located between the floors.
The room is furnished : 1- One bed with mattress 2- two armchairs and a table. 3- one IKEA closet for clothes.
The rent is calculated as flat-rent, so you do not need to worry about consumption. The warm rent already includes every consumption.
Internet : There is a modem and internet contract with 100 MB/s. The new comer is supposed to rent the house for long time and overtake the internet.
There is no washing machine and dishwasher. but in the vicinity there are washing salons.
There is no storage house.

About us :
With who you live : Farzad : I am a 38 y.o. mechanical engineer, I work in a company outskirts of Köln and will be out during the day. Ervin : 35 y.o also works in Köln outskirts and is out of home.
The requirements :

3- Cleanliness is really important: The shared kitchen should be cleaned after each use. the toilette and hall will be cleaned by cleaning people but it is expected that each person pays attention to cleanliness of the share area "Very reposnsibly"
