Es steht dir ein Einzelbett, ein Schrank, ein Schreibtisch und ein Stuhl zu Verfügung, so dass du ausreichend Platz zum Leben hast.
The room is 9 m² and is furnished.
There's a single bed, a closet, a desk and a chair, so that you have enough space to live.
Bis zur nächsten U-Bahn Haltestelle sind es nur 3 min zu Fuß. Von dort aus erreicht man innerhalb von 12 min die Innenstadt und in ca. 25 min die Uni. Bis zur Rheinischen Fachhochschule sind es außerdem nur 750 m.
Zusätzlich sind alle lebensnotwendigen Dinge (von Supermärkten über den Friseur und Dönerläden bin hin zu Bars und Clubs) nie weiter als 8 min zu Fuß entfernt. Eine Apotheke und eine Arztin gibt es sogar direkt gegenüber.
