Das Zimmer ist lichtdurchflutet mit einem großen Fenster, durch das Du den Colonius sehen kannst. Das Zimmer ist mit einem Bett und und einer Kommode ausgestattet, die von Dir genutzt werden können. Die Küche hat alles, was das Herz begehrt und das Badezimmer hat auch eine Badewanne :-)
Durch die schnelle Internetverbindung kannst Du auch gut von zuhause Arbeiten oder Studieren.
The room is very bright and ventilated with a wide window from where you can see the Colonius TV tower. The room has a bed and a cupboard which can be used by you.
The kitchen has all the necessary equipments and the bathroom is well functional. We have a fast internet connection which is also included.
Das Zimmer liegt im Herzen Ehrenfelds und nur eine Minute entfernt von der Haltestelle Liebigstraße (Linie 5 oder Busnummer 142). Die Straße ist voll mit netten Cafes und Bars und nicht weit entfernt vom Grüngürtel (wegen Corona wohl gerade der empfehlenswertere Spot :-D ...auch bei den anstehenden Frühlingstagen). Für den täglichen Bedarf hast Du den REWE direkt nebenan.
The apartment is located in Körner Straße and is just a minute walk away from the Liebigstraße U bahn where you can catch the line 5 and bus 142. The street has cool art, cafes and bars but unfortunately everything is closed due to Corona. Grungürtel is right around the corner so one can have a walk in the sun and chill. Rewe is just next to the apartment so you can get your groceries easily.
Hallo, ich bin Prateek (32) und arbeite als Product Manager. Für die nächsten 2,5 Monate bin ich in meiner Heimatstadt, weshalb ich mein Zimmer von April bis Juni zur Zwischenmiete anbiete. Mit Dir lebt Nicola (30) in der Wohnung, die als Lehrerin arbeitet und super cool ist. Sie kocht gerne, mag interessante Unterhaltungen bei einem Spaziergang und hat Netflix für sich entdeckt.
Nicola und ich sind keine Reinigungsfanatiker, schätzen aber, wenn jeder dazu beiträgt, dass die Wohnung sauber gehalten wird und man sich wohlfühlen kann - um sich hier auch gerne zu begegnen.

Die Miete beträgt 450 Euro (inkl Internet und aller Ausgaben). Ich hätte gerne eine Kaution von 600 Euro, die ich Dir bei Auszug zurückzahle. Sofern Du mir die Miete für den gesamten Zeitraum (15.4.-30.6.21) auf einmal überweist, würde ich auch auf die Kaution verzichten. Das können wir gerne persönlich besprechen.
The Rent 450 Euros is inclusive of internet and all the other expenses. I would like to have a deposit of 600 euros from you which I will return it back to you when you leave. If you can give the rent for the entire duration (15th April - 30th June) then I will not take the deposit from you.
