Die ganze WG hat drei Zimmer und eine relativ geräumige Küche, ein Bad mit Dusche und Waschmaschine, sowie einen Balkon. Dein Zimmer geht zur Straße hin. Zu dem Zimmer Zimmer eine Couch und eine Art begehbarer Kleiderschrank.
Im Haus gibt es außerdem einen Aufzug, Fahrradkeller und einen Keller für jede Wohnung.
The whole flat has three rooms and a relatively spacious kitchen, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, and a balcony. Your room faces the street. The offer includes a couch and a wardrobe.
In the house there is also an elevator, bicycle cellar and a cellar for each apartment.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Toplage - Der Bahnhof Ehrenfeld, sowie die Linien 3,4,13, 142 und 141 sind in 2-3 Minuten zu erreichen und etliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sowie Bars und Clubs sind direkt um die Ecke.
The apartment is close to train station Ehrenfeld, as well as the lines 3,4,13, 142 and 141 can be reached in 2-3 minutes. Several shopping facilities, as well as bars and clubs are just around the corner.
Momentan befinden wir uns in einer Umbruchszeit, da ich mit meinem Freund zusammenziehe, Sam im April und Katerina im Juli eingezogen sind. Die Vertrag ist zunächst auf ein Jahr befristet, aber mit Option auf Verlängerung, falls ich nicht zurückkomme und es zwischen euch super läuft.
Beim gemeinsamen Wohnen ist uns besonders wichtig, dass sich alle wohlfühlen und sich so zeigen können, wie sie sich fühlen - dazu zählt für uns offene und ehrliche Kommunikation, Interesse aneinander und daran zusammen zu wohnen, aber auch genauso Privatsphäre und eine schöne, saubere Wohnung. Sam and Katerina sind Musikerinnen, so dass es mal lauter werden kann und wir leben an der Venloer Straße, also erwarte keine absolute Ruhe.
Katerina lernt gerade Deutsch. Deswegen wäre es wichtig, dass es für dich ok ist anfangs auch auf Englisch zu kommunizieren.
Uns interessiert, was den Bewerber:innen beim gemeinsamen Wohnen wichtig ist und wie sie ihre Zeit verbringen.
At the moment we are in a time of upheaval, as I am moving in with my boyfriend, Sam moved in in April and Katerina in July. The contract is limited to one year, but with possibility to extend if I don't come back and things are going great between you.
When living together, it is especially important to us that everyone feels comfortable and can show themselves as they feel - for us, this includes open and honest communication, interest in each other and in living together, but also privacy and a nice, clean apartment. Sam and Katerina are musicians so there might some loud sounds from time to time (no trumpets, no drums) and we live by a central street so expect some city noises.
Katerina is just learning German. Therefore it would be important that it is ok for you to communicate in English at the beginning.
We are interested in what is important to the applicants when living together and how they spend their time.
