Die Wohnung ist ideal für zwei Personen aufgeteilt, da jeder zwei Zimmer für sich hat, wobei die Wohnzimmer miteinander über eine Treppe verbunden sind. (Maisonette-Stil)
Deine beiden zukünftigen Zimmer sind voll möbliert ausgestattet, sodass es dir an nichts fehlen wird beim Einzug!
Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein Esstisch mit 4 Stühlen (derzeit mehr als Homeoffice genutzt), eine Schlafcouch zum chillen sowie ein kleines Regal für all deine persönlichen Dinge. Darüber hinaus gibt es noch ein Sideboard für deinen TV.
Das Schlafzimmer ist, trotz deiner "Größe" optimal gestaltet! Das 2x2 Meter-Bett passt ideal hinein. Darüber hinaus gibt es noch einen großen Schwebetürenschrank sowie eine Kommode für all deine Klamotten. Unter dem Bett befindet sich sehr viel Stauraum, da das Bett vom Vormieter als "Hochbett" eingebaut wurde.

The flat has around 75 sqm with 4 rooms where 2 of you can belong to you! They will be fully furnished so you can just move in and enjoy!
The living room has a dining table incl. chairs for 4 persons (currently used more for home office), a sleeping couch for Netflix & Chill as well as a KALLAX shelve to put all your personal belongings.
The size of the sleeping room is also optimally used. In there, you'll find a 200x200cm bed and a big wardrobe and a dresser for your cloth. Underneath the bed, you'll also have plenty of storage as the bed was built-in from the previous renter as a loft bed.
Die Lage der Wohnung könnte nicht besser sein. Sie befindet sich direkt auf der Venloer Straße. Hier findest du alle Geschäfte, Restaurants und Bars, die du dir wünschst.
Der Bahnhof Köln-Ehrenfeld ist in 5 Minuten erreichbar, genau so wie die Stadtbahn-Linien 3/4 und 13. Damit erreichst du alle Orte in Köln und auch überregional in NRW.

The flat cannot be situated better in one of the hippest areas of Cologne. It is directly situated on the Venloer Strasse where you find all shops for your daily needs as well as nice restaurants and bars for the evening.
From the flat, the regional train station is only 5 minutes away. The same goes for the tram lines 3/4 and 13. In any case you can reach all locations across Cologne and even beyond very easily.
Dein zukünftiger Mitbewohner ist Shridhar. Er wohnt bereits seit längerem in der Wohnung und arbeitet in der Software-Entwicklung. Mit ihm kann man sehr entspannte Abends bei einem Bierchen verbringen. Gemeinsame Koch-Sessions sind auch immer gerne willkommen, bei denen er seine kulinarischen Wurzeln aus Indien zur Schau stellt. Generell kann in der Küche geraucht werden, aber das ist natürlich abhängig von dir und eurer Absprache.

Your future flatmate is Shridhar! He is already living for a longer time in this flat and is working in the software industry. With him you can easily enjoy the evening with some beers or while having cooking sessions where he shows his culinary highlights from his home India! Generally, smoking is allowed in the kitchen, but everything can be negiotiated of course.
Ich würde es bevorzugen, wenn alle Möbel übernommen werden. Der Abschlag für die Möbel beträgt 1500€. In diesem Betrag ist dann aber tatsächlich alles enthalten, was man zum Leben braucht:
