unfortunately, my flatmate is moving back to family and home country.
Therefore, the bright approx. 23 sqm room with adorable parquet and a large window will become available on 15.06.2022.
We have long sunshine, so it is nicely flooded with light. The charming flat is altogether about 120sqm.
End of lease flexible.
‼️The rent is total 750€ warm with all the trimmings: wifi, electricity, water, rubbish, ... Definitely no further costs.‼️

The spacious flat is equipped with everything you need to feel comfortable:
