Das Zimmer ist winzig, aber sehr gemütlich, mit hohen Decken und viel Platz. Das Zimmer hat ein großes Fenster neben dem Bett, einen großen Schreibtisch und Holzböden.
Die Wohnung hat eine ziemlich gute Küche Platz, neue Öfen und es öffnet sich zu einem großen geräumigen terrance (im Sommer funktioniert als Wohn- / Esszimmer).
Das Badezimmer wird gerade renoviert, so dass es bald in einem guten Zustand sein wird (das gleiche gilt für die Waschmaschine).
*The room is tiny, but very cozy with high cielings and plenty of space. The room has a big window by the bed, a big desk and wooden floors.
The apartment has a pretty good kitchen space, new stoves and it opens to a great spacious terrance (in the Summer works as a living-room/dining room).
The Bathroom is currently undergoing repares, so it will be in great shape soon (same goes for the washing mashine).
Die Lage ist absolut perfekt - 8 Minuten zu Fuß zur Hauptstraße in Ehrenfeld (Venloer Str.), 1 Minute zur Linie 5, Rewe 3 Minuten zu Fuß ect.
Ehrenfeld ist das Herz von allen hipter und Kunst in Köln - tolle Cafés, Bars, Streetart, Techno-Partys. Und es ist nur 10 Minuten mit dem Zug zum Zentrum von Köln (Dom).
*The location is absoltely perfect - 8 minutes walking to the main street in Ehrenfeld (Venloer str.), 1 minute to the nr 5 train, Rewe 3 minutes by foot ect.
Ehrenfeld is the heart of all hipter and arts in Köln - great cafes, bars, streetart, techno-parties. And it's only 10 minutes by train to the centre of Köln (Dom).
Du wirst bei Eric wohnen - einem sehr ruhigen Typen, der Besitzer einer süßen Katze ist.
In der WG gibt es im Grunde keine Regeln - Rauchen ist erlaubt, Haustiere sind immer willkommen und du kannst jederzeit Gäste einladen. Zahlt einfach die Miete pünktlich, seid ordentlich und bringt eine gute, positive Einstellung mit und ihr seid willkommen!
Die WG ist sehr flexibel und der Vertrag kann nach 3 Monaten auf jede gewünschte Dauer verlängert werden.
*You will be living with Eric - a very chill guy, who is the ovner of a lovely cute cat.
The WG basically doesn't have any rules - smoking is allowed, pets are always welcome and you can always have guests over. Just pay the rent on time, be tidy and bring a good, positive attitude and you are welcome!
The WG is very felxible and the contract can be extended after 3 months to however long you desire.
Besichtigungen können ab nächster Woche durchgeführt werden. Ich werde euch auf wg-gesucht kontaktieren. Ich werde nur den Leuten antworten, die zu einer Besichtigung eingeladen wurden, also tut es mir leid, dass ich nicht allen antworten kann.
