schöne liebevolle WG/ cute lovely flat

Du wohnst in der Zeit in Efferen, dass ist eine Haltestelle aus Köln raus, fühlt sich aber nicht so an. Man ist mit dem Fahrrad in 20min an der Uni und in der Stadt. Natürlich kann ich dir mein Fahrrad, in der Zeit in der du hier bist leihen. Mit der Bahn braucht man circa 10min länger, da man viele Strecken in Köln einfach laufen muss. Die Lage ist ansonsten ruhig, abgesehen von den Studierenden, die auch mal Party machen oder auf der Wiese ihre Zeit im Sommer verbringen. In der Umgebung befinden sich viele grüne Flächen. Direkt vor der Tür sind diverse grüne Wiesen, und der Decksteiner Weiher ist auch nur 5-10min mit dem Fahrrad entfernt, perfekt zum Joggen oder um einfach eine Auszeit zu nehmen. Wenn man an den See will, kann man auch in 20min am Otto-Maigler-See sein. Man hat also seine Ruhe, kann aber jederzeit nach Köln rein und da das Partyleben genießen, diese Möglichkeit hat man aber auch hier im Studierendendorf in Efferen, wenn man es möchte.

You are living in Efferen, one Trainstation away from cologne, but it is still super close that you dont have the feeling to be outside of cologne. With the bike you can reach the University and city in 20minutes. If you like, I can rent you my bike for the time you are here. With the train you need 10minutes longer, including the walking, because in Cologne you have to walk a lot anyway independantly of your living place. The area is pretty quiet, the only things you hear sometimes is partying and students sitting outside and enjoying their days. You have a lot of green areas surrounding you, the Decksteiner Weiher (a lake) is really close (5-10min with the bike), perfekt for sport activities or relaxing. The otto-Maigler-See (a swim lake) is also just 20min away with the bike. You can enjoy the silent area, and have the possibilities to party here in the student residence, or nearby in cologne.

Wir haben eine lebhafte WG, wir verbringen öfter Zeit miteinander, spontan als auch geplant, aber wenn jemand seinen Freiraum und seine Ruhe mal braucht, vorallem in der Klausurenphase, wird das definitiv respektiert und beachtet. Wir kochen öfter zusammen, machen Filmabende, gehen aus oder verbringen einfach die Zeit auf der Wiese.
Ordnung ist uns allen wichtig, wir haben einen Putzplan, sodass die WG meist sauber ist.
Meine Mitbewohnerinnen sind sehr liebevolle witzige Menschen. Da haben wir einmal Annika(25), sie studiert internationale Kommunikation und Emily(fast 20), studiert deutsch-französisches Jura. Amelie (22) studiert mit mir zusammen Medizin, geht aber selbst im Oktober ins Ausland für ein halbes Jahr, also kommt noch jemand wahrscheinlich in der Zeit dazu.
So wie ich Annika und Emily einschätze, werden die beiden gerne was mit dir unternehmen und dir Köln zeigen, natürlich nur wenn du Bock drauf hast. Aber mit den beiden hast du auf jeden Fall schon 2 richtig coole Mitbewohnerinnen.
Aber sonst gilt, wie wahrscheinlich in den meisten WGs: Alles kann, nichts muss. :)

My flatmates are very nice people, we spend a lot of time together, spontanously or planned, but if you need free space or Rest, especially during examphase, we totally respect that. Sometimes we cook, go out or watch movies together.
It is important to all of us to keep the flat clean, so everyone feels at ease. Therefore we have a cleaning plan.
My flatmates are really lovely and funny people. There is Annika (25), she is studying international communication and Emily (almost 20), is studying german-french law. Amelie (22) is studying medicine, but she also leaves in October for her Erasmussemester, so there will probably be another person to join our flat in Oktober for 5 months.
How I got to know Annika and Emily, they will probably be really happy to show you around and show you the good places in cologne, but of course only if you like.
But how it is: All things are optional, nothing is a must.

Da ich alles da habe, mein Zimmer und die Küche vollständig ausgestattet sind, brauchst du nichts mitnehmen, und kannst direkt im September mit deinen nötigen Sachen einziehen.

My room and the kitchen are completely equipped so you don't need to bring anything besides your own stuff, therefore you can directly move in in September without any problems.
