Offering a fully furnished room in a spacious apartment. Perfect for a temporary stay in Cologne, or a nice starting point from which you can look further to find a permanent place in the city.
In the room you will find a bed, small desk, sofa and some furniture to store your clothes and other belongings. Apart from this room there's a kitchen and a bathroom which we would share.
The dates are flexible. If you want to stay for a shorter period, that's fine too.
Public transportation is right around the corner. It only takes a two minute walk to enter the U-Bahn station "Fuldaer Strasse". From there you can hop on line 1 which takes you to the city centre within 10 - 15 minutes.
Also "Merheimer Heide", a beautiful parc, is nearby. Suitable for running, taking walks or any other outdoor activities. I walk my dog there all the time.
Life in this shared flat is easy going. I am looking for someone who appreciates a peaceful home.
Important to know:
- The internet connection is limited, it's not suitable for streaming or playing online games
- I have a small dog, so you shouldn't fear or have an allergy to dogs
- During the week I work from home most days of the week
