Die Lahnstraße ist eine für Kalk sehr ruhige Seitenstraße im Zentrum von Humboldt-Gremberg. Die S-Bahn (z.B. zum Hauptbahnhof oder Hansaring) ist in 5 Minuten zu erreichen, die U-Bahn (Linie 1 und 9) in 8. Lidl und Netto, genauso wie verschiedene Gemüseläden, sind um die Ecke, in 10 Minuten ist man bei den Köln Arcaden und der Kalker Hauptstraße mit allen möglichen Geschäften, auch einen Baumarkt gibt es relativ nah. In Kalk kann man auch sehr gut essen, es gibt ein großes Angbeot an verschiedensten Küchen.

Lahnstraße is a very quiet side street for Kalk in the center of Humboldt-Gremberg. The suburban train (e.g. to the main station or Hansaring) can be reached in 5 minutes, the subway (line 1 and 9) in 8. Lidl and Netto, as well as various vegetable stores, are around the corner, in 10 minutes you are at the Köln Arcaden and Kalker Hauptstraße with all kinds of stores, there is also a hardware store relatively close. In Kalk you can also eat very well, there is a wide range of different cuisines.

Hallo! Wir sind Theocharis (27) und Mia (29) und gute Freund:innen, die Anfang des Jahres beschlossen haben, zusammenzuziehen.

Wir sind auf der Suche nach einer dritten Person ab 27, die Lust hat auf ein entspanntes und vertrauensvolles Zusammenleben. Wir arbeiten beide in Teilzeit, Theocharis beim WDR, Mia beim Zentrum für Alte Musik und sind in den letzten Zügen unseres Studiums (Mediale Künste, Germanistik und Philosophie). Deshalb arbeiten wir teils im Büro, teils zu hause. Auch darum ist uns eine ruhige Atmosphäre wichtig. Wir freuen uns über eine Person, deren Alltag geregelt ist und die ihre wildesten Party-Zeiten schon hinter sich hat. Theocharis ist Country- und Folk-Musiker und übt manchmal – natürlich nur nach Absprache – auch zu hause.

Theocharis wohnt seit Februar in der Wohnung, Mia ist erst im Juli von einem Auslandssemester zurückgekommen. Deshalb machen wir uns erst jetzt daran, alles zu vervollständigen, vor allem die Küche wird sich noch verändern. Wir wollen die Wohnung schön machen und investieren auch Geld (keine Unsummen) dafür, es wäre schön, wenn du auch Lust auf eine Wohnung hättest, die mehr Zuhause als Studi-WG ist. Wir putzen wöchentlich und sind beide ordentlich, vergessen aber auch mal einen Teller in der Spüle. Auch, wenn es hoffentlich unnötig ist, es zu erwähnen: Uns wäre wichtig, dass du queerfriendly bist.

Die Wohnung ist nicht die größte, man wohnt also wirklich nah miteinander. Wir sind beide in einer Lebensphase, in der uns Ruhe und Coziness wichtig ist, es wäre toll, wenn es dir gerade ähnlich geht.

Hello, we are Theocharis (27) and Mia (29) and good friends who decided to move in together at the beginning of the year.

We are looking for a third person (27 and up) who wants to live together in a relaxed and trusting way.
We both work part-time, Theocharis at WDR, Mia at the Center for Early Music and are in the last stages of our studies (Media Arts, German Studies and Philosophy). Therefore we work partly in the office, partly at home. This is another reason why a quiet atmosphere is important to us. We are happy to have a person whose everyday life is regulated and who already has his wildest party times behind him. Theocharis is a country and folk musician and sometimes practices at home - of course only by arrangement.

Theocharis has been living in the apartment since February, Mia just returned from a semester abroad in July. That's why we are only now starting to complete everything, especially the kitchen will still change. We want to make the apartment beautiful and also invest money (not huge sums) for it, it would be nice if you would also like to have an apartment that is more home than student shared apartment. We clean weekly and are both neat, but also sometimes forget a plate in the sink. Although hopefully it's unnecessary to mention it: It would be important to us that you are queerfriendly.

The apartment is not the biggest, so you live really close to each other. We are both in a phase of life where peace and coziness is important to us, it would be great if you feel the same way right now.

Wir beide teilen unsere Einkäufe und kochen häufiger (vegetarisch) füreinander, du bist eingeladen mitzumachen, ist aber absolut kein Muss.

Mia hat eine Katze, die aber gerade nicht zu hause wohnt. Ob sie langfristig und dauerhaft wieder in der Wohnung wohnt, steht noch nicht ganz fest, es wäre aber wichtig, dass du kein Problem mit einer kleinen Hauskatze hast.

Die Kaution kann natürlich in Raten gezahlt werden, bei Bedarf auch in kleineren. Wir würden uns einen Abschlag von 150€ für sämtlichen bisher gekauften Hausrat wünschen.

We both share our shopping and cook more often (vegetarian) for each other, you are invited to join, but this is absolutely not a must.

Mia has a cat, but she is not living at home right now. Whether she will live long-term and permanently back in the apartment is not quite certain yet, but it would be important that you do not have a problem with a small house cat.

The deposit can of course be paid in installments, if necessary in smaller ones. We would like a discount of 150€ for all household goods purchased so far.
