The apartment is on the ground floor with access to the garden. small kitchen, big living room, bathroom with bathtub and separated toilet.

Good access to bus, tram and train (Line 1,9 "Kalk Post", Line 3 "Buchforst Waldecker Str", Line 159 "Remscheider Str", S-Bahn "Köln Buchforst" and "Trimbornstraße"). Supermarkets like Rewe or Aldi are near by. After a 15 min walk you can reach the "Köln Arcaden".
I am writing this ad for a friend. He is a young designer from France. He doesn't speak German but very well English. For that internationals would be very welcome.
