Hi there,
I'm renting out a room in my clean, cozy and light attic oasis in Cologne, Kalk. This attic apartment is 86sqm big, has windows everywhere (even in the ceiling) and a big balcony with a view to a park. It has a comfortable and wide living room with a lot of plants, books, a big TV and a cozy wide sofa. Also it has a big wooden dining table for a meet up with friends or using as working space (I did my homeoffice at this table).
You will find a fully equipped kitchen, with everything you could need (sandwich maker, toaster, dish washer etc.). In the bathroom you will also find a washing machine.

This flat is located in vibrant, mulitcultural Kalk. You'll find a lot of amazing arab and turkish food here and also some popular vegan restaurants. The supermarket and tram/train are within walking distance. If you don't want to walk there is a busstation just 3minutes from here. And for me the best part of Kalk is the cinema around the corner. Lichtspiele Kalk is an arthouse cinema with a lot of genre movies, new movies and also classics.
Because I am working abroad coming month, I will be in Turkey. But my dear friend Tessa, who is a film producer at warner is going to stay in my room instead. So you will share the flat with her.
