Heyho ihr lieben Menschen.
Wir ziehen aus unserer Wohnung aus, und zwar teilweise einen Monat zu früh, und müssen deswegen unsere Zimmerchen noch untervermieten. Das bedeutet, es wird ein Gemisch aus alten Bewohnern und anderen Zwischenmietern sein.
Mein Zimmer ist frei vom 01.Juni bis 29. Juni, wobei für beide Daten +– gilt. Wir müssen eben am Ende nochmal rein und Einbauküche, Waschmaschine etc entfernen, die wir natürlich alle drin lassen, sodass ihr es gut habt bei uns.
Das Zimmer hat 16qm, zwei große Fenster, ein muckeliges großes Bett mit frischer Bettwäsche, eine Kleiderstange, einen Schreibtisch, und natürlich die ein oder andere gemütliche Lampe. Meine persönlichen Sachen werden dann größtenteils nicht mehr drin stehen, sodass du Platz für dich selbst hast.
Die Wohnung selbst ist vor 2 Jahren frisch renoviert worden und besitzt neben 2 modernen Bädern ein großes Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche, in die wir selbst eine große Holzküche mit Insel reingebaut haben.
Der Bezirk Kalk ist ein buntes Multikulti-Treiben zwischen Falafelbuden, Cafes und Supermärkten aus aller Herren Länder. Wir sind sehr verliebt.
U-Bahn (Kalk Post) und S-Bahn (Trimbornstraße) sind 2 bzw. 5 Gehminunten entfernt, man ist innerhalb von 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt.

Hello lovely people!
We are leaving our flat one month earlier than the contract would end. For June we are looking to sublet our rooms. Meaning you will live with one old very cool flatmate and 3 other subletters.
The room is available from +– the 1st until the 29th of June, but could maybe also be rentedpartially. In the end of June we need to get rid of the kitchen and washing machine etc, before we hand the flat back to the landlord. But of course the kitchen and everything you need will be there for the time you live here.
The room has 17m^2, two big windows, a big cosy freshly made bed, a table, and some nice lamps. There wont be much personal stuff left so theres plenty of space for you.
The flat itself has been renovated two years ago. It has two modern bathrooms and a big cosy living room with an open kitchen, where we built a big wooden kitchen with a kitchen island. The big living room is the center of the flat with all the doors to the rooms.
Kalk is a very colorful hustle and bustle between Falafel shacks, kiosks, cafes and supermarkets. We love it!
Trains: U-Bahn (Kalk Post) and S-Bahn (Trimbornstraße) are about 2 respectively 5 minutes walking distance, cologne downtown is about a 10 minute drive from here.
