Das Zimmer ist etwa 14 qm groß, hat zwei große Fenstertüren mit einem französischen Balkon.
Im Zimmer gibt es ein Doppelbett, einen Sessel, Schreibtisch mit Stuhl und einen großen Kleiderschrank. Bettdecke un Bettwäsche kann ich dir zur Verfügung stellen bei Bedarf.
Die Wohnung ist insgesamt etwa 60qm groß und zur gemeinsamen Nutzung gibt es einen Balkon mit Blick aufs Grüne, ein Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch und gemütlicher Couch + Netflix und Co, eine gut ausgestattete Küche und ein Tageslichtbad mit Badewanne. Die Waschmaschine kannst du gern mitbenutzen. Mit allem Drum und Dran (NK, Internet, Strom) kostet das Zimmer 384 € pro Monat.
**The room is about 14 square meters, has two large windows with a French balcony.
In the room there is a double bed, an armchair, a desk with a chair and a large closet. I can provide you with blankets and bed linen if needed. The apartment is about 60sqm in total and you're welcome to use: the balcony, the living room with dining table and comfortable couch + Netflix and Co, the well-equipped kitchen, and the daylight bathroom with bathtub. You are welcome to use the washing machine as well. The rent in total, including Internet, electricity, water etc., is 384 € per month.
Die Wohnung liegt rechtsrheinisch im schönen Kalk. Hier gibt es die Köln Arcaden, ein Kino, ein Café Rotkehlchen und ein super veganes Restaurant und Kneipe (Trash Chic), wo man auch mal gut mal was trinken gehen kann. Du musst das Veedel quasi für nichts verlassen, wenn du aber doch mal in die Innenstadt willst, dann geht das ganz entspannt:
Bis zur Haltestelle Kalk Post und den Köln Arcaden sind es 12 min Fußweg. Dort fahren die Linie 1 und 9 und du bist innerhalb von 7 min am Heumarkt in der Innenstadt. Die Linie 3 und 4 (Stegerwaldsiedlung) sind ebenfalls etwa 10 min Fußweg entfernt. Die S-Bahn-Haltestellen Trimbornstraße und Buchforst sind ebenfalls in 15 min Fußweg zu erreichen. Lidl, Aldi, Rewe, das Kino Lichtspiele Kalk und McFit befinden sich in direkter Nähe zu Wohnung.
**The apartment is located on the right bank of the Rhine in beautiful Kalk. There is a Shopping Mall, a cinema, a great Café (Rotkehlchen) and a vegan restaurant and pub (Trash Chic), where you can go for a drink. You don't have to leave the Veedel for anything, but if you do want to go into the city center, it's quite easy:
It's a 12-minute walk to the tube stop Kalk Post and the Shopping Mall. Tube lines 1 and 9 leave from there and you are in the city center (Heumarkt) within 7 minutes. Tube line 3 and 4 (Stegerwaldsiedlung) are also about a 10-minute walk away. The train stops Trimbornstraße and Buchforst are also within 15 min walking distance. Lidl, Aldi, Rewe, the cinema Lichtspiele Kalk and the gym (McFit) are in the direct vicinity of the apartment.
Thorsten geht auf eine zweimonatige Fahrradreise und du wirst mit mir (Marie) zusammen wohnen. Ich bin Ende Zwanzig, studiere im Master an der TH Köln und bin eine zuverlässige Mitbewohnerin. Neben dem Studium arbeitete ich im Home Office an zwei Tagen in der Woche. In meiner Freizeit treffe ich gerne Freunde, fahre Fahrrad, schaue Serien oder reise. Für das Zusammenleben sind mir Offenheit, WG-Erfahrung, eine gute und ehrliche Kommunikation wichtig. Idealer weise ernährst du dich vegetarisch oder kannst für die zwei Monate auf Fleischessen zu Hause verzichten.
**Thorsten is going on a two-month bike trip and you will live with me (Marie). I'm in my late twenties, studying for my master's degree at TH Köln and I'm a reliable flatmate. Besides my studies, I work from home two days a week. In my free time, I love meeting friends, ride my bike, watch series or travel. An open mind, experience in sharing a flat, good and honest communication are very important to me. Ideally, you eat vegetarian or can live without meat (at home) for two months here.
