Das Zimmer liegt an der Hauptstraße, daher ist es leider nichts für Leute, die lärmempfindlich sind.
Abgesehen davon gibt es viel Sonnenlicht und Platz, zum Arbeiten und Chillen.

Die Nachbarschaft ist ein bisschen ein Einwanderer viertel, so ist es voll von arabischen Orten (zum Essen und Einkaufen). Ansonsten braucht man den Stadtteil nicht zu verlassen, es gibt alles, was man braucht, gleich hier um die Ecke (Post, Bank, Supermärkte, Bauhaus, Bäckerei, gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel usw.).
The neighborhood is a bit of a immigrant area, so it is full of Arabic places (to eat and shop). Other than that you don't need to leave the statdteil, there is everything that a person might need right here around the corner (post office, bank, supermarkets, Bauhaus, bakery, good connection to public transportation etc).
Wir teilen uns die Küche, den Flur, zwei Bäder und einen Balkon. Einige Dinge werden geteilt (wie Gewürze und Öl), einige nicht (jeder hat seinen eigenen Stauraum), es hängt davon ab, wie jeder fühlt / will. Es gibt einen Reinigungsplan, jede Person reinigt die Gemeinschaftsräume einmal im Monat.
We share the kitchen, hallway, two bathrooms and a balcony. Some things are shared (like spices and oil), some are not (every person has their own storage space), it depends on how everyone feels/wants. There is a cleaning plan, every person cleans the common areas once a month.
Es gibt eine Katze in der Wohnung, sie heranlässt an sich niemanden außer ihrem Besitzer und sie sich meistens in Marions Zimmer aufhält. Sie werden also nicht viel mit ihr zu tun haben.
