ich vermiete das Wg-Zimmer in Köln Kalk für 5,5 Wochen unter. Es dient eigentlich als eine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung, da du im Zimmer eine Küche hast, nur das Bad wird geteilt. Das Zimmer ist sauber und möbliert und möchte es in deiner Anwesenheit ebenfalls bleiben. Falls du das Zimmer für 5,5 Wochen haben willst, sind es 700€. Das ist also gut zum Wohnen geeignet, falls du von außerhalb nach Köln ziehst und leichter/schneller Wohnbesichtigungen machen willst, hier Urlaub machst oder gerade dringend eine Wohnung brauchst.
Als Nebenstraße ist der Wohnort ruhig. Direkt nebenan ist Kalk Post, wo du eigentlich alles findest, vor allem super Essen. Du hast gute Anbindungen zur Innenstadt, zum Rhein oder nach Mülheim.
Der Mitbewohner arbeitet viel für sich selbst und lässt dich in Ruhe, sofern du es willst. Ansonsten ist er ruhig und nett, wenn man ihn kennenlernt.
Es gibt einen großen Gemeinschaftsgarten, wo man sich gut sonnen kann. Darüber hinaus befindet sich ein Waschraum im Keller.
