3er WG mit toller Aussicht in Köln Nippes/ Nice view appartment in Cologne/Nippes

In unser 3er WG in Nippes wird zum 01.04. ein Zimmer frei. Das Zimmer hat ungefähr 15 qm, ein großes Fenster und hellen Laminatboden. Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert. Zu der WG gehört außerdem ein großes helles Wohnzimmer, eine halboffene Küche, Bad und Gäste WC sowie ein Balkon, von dem man bei schönem Wetter tolle Sonnenuntergänge bestaunen kann, da wir im 11. Stock wohnen (mit Aufzug natürlich). Insgesamt hat die Wohnung knapp 95 qm. Das Haus verfügt außerdem über einen Fahrradkeller, eine Tiefgarage sowie einen großen Parkplatz vor der Tür. ALDI ist in nur 2 Gehminuten zu erreichen und Netto in 7-8.

Generell hat die Wohnung eine Top-Lage: Die in unmittelbarer Nähe befindliche Neusser Straße bietet alles, was man zum leben braucht: Geschäfte, Supermärkte, Cafés, Restaurants, Nähe zum Agnesviertel etc. Außerdem liegt die Haltestelle Neusser Straße / Gürtel nur 3 Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt und von dort aus hat man durch verschiedene Bahnlinien eine super Anbindung in die Innenstadt, nach Ehrenfeld, zum Friesenplatz usw.
In der Wohnung wohnen zurzeit noch Nikolay und Florian. Nikolay studiert Finance im master an der Uni und arbeitet nebenbei als Werkstudent. Florian macht eine intensive Ausbildung in 3D Design.

Gesucht wird einen neuen Mitbewohner/ eine neue Mitbewohnerin, der/ die Rüchsicht auf die anderen nimmt, verantwortlich und bewusst mit anderen zusammenleben kann und offene Kommunikation mag. Gern wird in dieser WG gequatscht, gemeinsam gekocht etc., das ist aber je nach der Phase mehr oder weniger gegeben, d.h. kein muss, hauptsache gut zusammen wohnen. Im Moment sind wir alle sehr beschäftigt, so dass wir nicht so viel Zeit miteinander verbringen, daher wäre jemand mit einem ruhigeren Lebensstil besser geeignet.

In our 3-person apartment in Nippes, a room will be available from 01.04. The room is about 15 sqm, it has a large window and bright laminate flooring. The room will be unfurnished. The apartment also includes a large bright living room, a semi-open kitchen, bathroom and guest toilet as well as a balcony from which you can admire great sunsets in fine weather, as we live on the 11th floor (there are two elevators in the building). In total, the apartment has almost 95 sqm. The house also has a bicycle storage room, an underground car park and a large parking space in front of the door. ALDI is just a 2-minute walk away, Netto maybe about 7-8.
In general, the apartment has a top location: The nearby Neusser Straße offers everything you need to live: shops, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, proximity to the Agnesviertel etc. In addition, the Neusser Straße / Gürtel stop is only a 3-minute walk from the apartment and from there you have a great connection to the city centre, to Ehrenfeld, to Friesenplatz etc.

Your flatmates will be Nikolay and Florian. Nikolay studies Finance in master at the university and works along as a working student. Florian is doing an intensive Ausbildung in 3D Design.

We are looking for a new roommate who pays attention on others private life, can live responsibly with others and likes open communication. We like to chat while cooking etc., but this is more or less given depending on the phase, i.e. not a must, living well together is important. Currently we are all very busy so we are not spending so much time together, so someone with a quieter lifestyle would be a better fit.
