Ich bin wegen einem Praktikum für ca. 7 Monate im Ausland und würde in der Zeit mein Zimmer gerne untermieten.
I'm leaving the country for 7 months for an internship. I'm subletting my room for that time. The room is very central, on the Severinstraße. REWE is a 3-minute walk just like many cafes, bakeries and bars. It's 2 stops away from Neumarkt with the metro and a 25-minute walk from the university. The big window looks out to the backyard, meaning the room is quiet throughout the day.
I have 3 roommates, a mix of students and full-time workers. All are super friendly in their mid to late twenties.
I'll be packing away all of my stuff to ensure you have plenty of space for your things and could leave towels and bed sheets if necessary.
