2 Zimmer im schönen Lindenthal an 1-2 Personen zu vergeben

Unsere WG befindet sich im wunderschönen Lindenthal direkt am Stadtwald in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße. Die Haltestellen für die Straßenbahn (13 und 7) und den Bus (136) erreichst du in 2-3 min. Rewe & Netto fußläufig in 2-5 min. zu erreichen. DM/ Rossmann direkt auf der Dürener (7-8 min.). Bäcker, Cafés, Restaurants, Apotheken & alles, was das Herz sonst noch begehrt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zudem der Stadtwald, der sich perfekt zum Joggen, Spiken oder Picknicken eignet, praktisch direkt vor der Haustür!

Our shared apartment is located in beautiful Lindenthal right next to the city forest in a quiet side street. You can reach the tram stops (13 and 7) and the bus (136) in 2-3 minutes. Rewe & Netto within walking distance (2-5 min.) DM/Rossmann directly on the Dürener (7-8 min.). Bakers, cafes, restaurants, pharmacies & everything else your heart desires in the immediate vicinity. In addition, the city forest, which is perfect for jogging, spiking or picnicking, is practically right on the doorstep!

Deine/Eure neuen Mitbewohner:innen sind Laura (27), Vivi (26) und Lukas (23).
Laura hat nach ihrem Bachelor in Sport nun auch fast ihr zweites Studium in Sozialer Arbeit abgeschlossen (Congratulations 🎉). Sie ist sehr lebensfroh, bereichert unseren WG-Alltag mit selbstgemachten gesunden Bounty-Riegeln oder Schoko-Crossies und ist immer für einen Kaffee und ein nettes Gespräch zu haben.
Sowie Lukas, der immer ein offenes Ohr hat, gerne clevere Ratschläge verteilt oder den ein oder anderen lustigen/unnützen Fact raushaut, den er bspw. beim Podcast hören aufgeschnappt hat. Er studiert Geschichte und Philosophie auf Lehramt und ist außerdem unser Konzert/Festival Experte in der WG.
Dann gibts da noch Vivi, die nach ihrem Sportstudium jetzt noch mit einem Psychologiestudium aufsattelt. Vivi ist sehr unkompliziert, engagiert sich gerne sozial und ist die Handwerkerin in unserer WG. Außerdem hat sie eine Schwäche für guten Kaffee, den dazugehörigen Kaffeepausen in der Küche und Roundnet (Spikeball).

Your new roommates are Laura (27), Vivi (26) and Lukas (23). After completing her bachelor's degree in sports, Laura has now almost completed her second degree in social work (congratulations 🎉). She is very cheerful, enriches our everyday shared life with homemade, healthy Bounty bars or chocolate crossies and is always available for a coffee and a nice conversation.
As well as Lukas, who always has an open ear, likes to give out clever advice and sometimes comes up with one or two funny/useless facts that he picked up while listening to a podcast e.g.. He is studying history and philosophy to become a teacher and is also our concert/festival expert in the shared apartment.
Then there is Vivi, who, after studying sports, is now studying psychology. Vivi is very uncomplicated, likes to be socially involved and is the craftswoman in our shared apartment. She also has a weakness for good coffee, the associated coffee breaks in the kitchen and Roundnet (Spikeball).

Da wir keine reine Zweck-WG führen wollen, wäre es schön, wenn du/ihr offen und unkompliziert bist/seid und zu unserer WG-Konstellation passt. Wir freuen uns, wenn du/ihr an unserem WG-Leben teilhaben magst/mögt mit gemeinsamen Kochsessions, Sporteinheiten, Filmabenden oder einfach bei einer kleinen Kaffeepause. Natürlich darf aber auch jede:r seine Zimmertür zu machen, wenn er/sie seine/ihre Ruhe haben möchte – also „alles kann, nichts muss“.

Das WG-Casting würde am 29.09 (abends) und 02.10. (nachmittags) stattfinden. Wenn du Interesse hast, wäre es schön, wenn du/ihr kurz ein paar Sätze zu dir/euch schreibst/schreibt!

As we don't want to run a purely functional shared apartment, it would be nice if you are open and easy-going and fit into our shared flat constellation. We would be happy if you would like to take part in our shared life with joint cooking sessions, sports sessions, film evenings or simply with a short coffee break. Of course, everyone is allowed to close their room door if they want to have peace and quiet - so „all is permitted; nothing required“.

The shared apartment casting would take place on 29.09 (evening) & 02.10 (afternoon) If you are interested, it would be nice if you could write a few sentences about yourself!
