Zu vermieten ist ein 15m² Zimmer in einer 4er WG in Braunsfeld. Das Zimmer wird ab Anfang Dezember frei. Es gibt keinen Abschlag und auch keine Möbel, die in dem Zimmer bleiben werden.
Die WG hat ingesamt 106m², die sich auf die Gemeinschaftsräume Küche, Bad, Flur, sowie die 4 Zimmer aufteilen.
Die Küche hat 2 Kühlschränke, sowie eine große Spülmaschine.
Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Waschmaschine und eine Duschwanne.
Ein Zimmer verfügt über einen Balkon, den wir bisher immer gemeinschaftlich genutzt haben.
Im Flur befindet sich ein großer Tisch, der bei Bedarf weit ausgezogen werden kann und Platz für sehr viele Menschen bietet.

For rent is a 15m² room in a shared flat with 4 people in Braunsfeld.
The room will be available on the first of December.
The flat share has a total of 106m², which is divided into the common rooms kitchen, bathroom, hallway and the 4 rooms.
The kitchen has 2 fridges and a large dishwasher.
The bathroom has a washing machine and a shower tray.
One room has a balcony, which we have always shared.
There is a large table in the hallway, which can be extended if necessary and offers space for lots of people.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Viertel Braunsfeld auf der Aachener Straße.
Der Stadtwald sowie das Müngersdorfer Stadtion sind relativ schnell zu erreichen.
Die Bahnhaltestellen Maarweg sowie Clarenbachstift sind fußläufig innerhalb weniger als 5 Minuten zu erreichen.
Dort fährt die Bahnlinie 1 mit der man eine gute Anbindung in die Stadt hat.
Eine Station weiter stadteinwärts an der Aachener Straße/Gürtel ist man mit der KVB Linie 13 gut an die belebten Viertel Ehrenfeld und Sülz angebunden.
Die Aachener Straße bietet im Bereich der Wohnung einige Buchhandlungen, Eisdielen, sowie Cafes und Restaurants.
Als große Einkaufsläden erreicht man fußläufig den Rewe am Maarweg, den Hit, sowie einen Aldi.

The apartment is located in the Braunsfeld district on Aachener Straße.
The city forest and the Müngersdorfer Stadtion can be reached relatively quickly.
The Maarweg and Clarenbachstift train stops are less than 5 minutes' walk away.
Train line 1 runs from there, providing a good connection to the city.
One stop further into the city at Aachener Straße/Gürtel, KVB line 13 provides good connections to the lively districts of Ehrenfeld and Sülz.
Aachener Straße offers several bookshops, ice cream parlors, cafés and restaurants in the area around the apartment.
Large stores such as Rewe am Maarweg, Hit and Aldi are within walking distance.

In der WG wohnen aktuell Dennis, Felix, Xinjie (und seine Katze Smoke) und Vera. Vera wird zum 15. Januar nach Kalk umziehen, weshalb ihr Zimmer frei wird.
Dennis ist 31 Jahre alt und hat gerade seinen Master in Musik abgeschlossen.
Zuvor hat er Mathe studiert und als Data Scientist gearbeitet.
Seine Leidenschaft ist aber Musik und Informatik. Er spielt verschiedene Instrumente,
programmiert Musik oder erstellt diese mit Modularen Synths.
Mit ihm kann man gut und lange über Politik & Kultur diskutieren und er ist ein guter Koch.
Felix ist 24 Jahre alt und studiert Wirtschaftsmathematik.
Er interessiert sich sehr für Gaming, Mangas/Animes, Boardgames und Sport (American Football).
Xinjie ist ein Kunststudent aus China. Er mag Kochen, Fotografieren und Sport im Freien und hat ein unglaublich süßes Kätzchen. Er mag es, neue Freunde zu finden und hofft auf eine neue Person in der WG, die sauber und fröhlich ist.
Die WG ist keine Party WG aber auch keine Zweck WG. Zum Beispiel haben wir diese Woche einen Spieleabend geplant, verquatschen uns immer wieder in der Küche oder spielen Mal gemeinsam Gitarre.
Das WG Leben ist sehr offen und angenehm. Jeder geht gerne seinen eigenen Hobbies nach, aber alle sind immer für ein gutes Gespräch zu haben.
Shared flat living
The flat share is a 4-bed flat share.
Dennis, Felix, Xinjie and Vera currently live in the shared flat.
Veras Room is going to be free from the 15th of january as she is moving to Kalk.
Dennis is 31 years old and has just completed his Master's degree in music.
Before that, he studied math and worked as a data scientist.
But his passion is music and computer science. He plays various instruments,
programs music or creates it with modular synths.
You can have long and good discussions with him about politics and culture and he is a good cook.
Felix is 24 years old and is studying business mathematics.
He is very interested in gaming, mangas/animes, board games and sport (American football).
Xinjie is an art student from China. He likes cooking, photography and outdoor sports and has an incredibly cute kitten. He likes to make new friends and hopes to find a new person in the flat share who is clean and cheerful.
The flat share isn't a party flat share, but it's not a functional flat share either. For example, we've planned a games evening this week, we're always chatting away in the kitchen or playing the guitar together.
Life in the shared flat is very open and pleasant. Everyone likes to pursue their own hobbies,
but everyone is always up for a good chat.
The best way to get to know the three of them is to arrange a viewing.
