We are offering a room (10m²) in Köln-Lidenthal, directly in front of the Wiso-Faculty (University of Cologne) as Ray, one of our flatmates, leaves the country for another study program.
The room is fully furnished (bed 200x140cm, cupboard, shelf, couch and desk).
If you’re not able to come to Cologne to visit us, we would like to arrange a Skype-meeting with you…
To the city centre it takes you 10 minutes by bus and to the big party area around “Zülpicher Straße” is only 5-10 minutes of walking. In 5 to 10 minutes of walking there are also different supermarkets (Aldi, Rewe etc.). As mentioned, we live as close as possible to the University of cologne.
Furthermore, the Aachener Weiher is at the opposite side of the street.
Your flatmates are Bennet (22, studying Digital Management) and Chris (25, studying business). Our third flatmate is Ludwig (28) who occupies one room in the flat for 4 month as Wolle (26) is traveling.
The flat (118 m²) is located in the first floor. We share a living room with TV, a big kitchen (microwave, oven, dishwasher …), 2 balconies and 2 bathrooms.
Besides sharing a flat, we also love to do a lot of other things as a group. This can be everything like cooking & barbecuing, watching TV, partying, doing sports or lots of other things.
