We are offering one of our rooms as one of our flatmates is moving in with his girlfriend. The room is 19 sqm and parts of the furniture can be bought (Bed, Cupboard, Desk and Shelfs for 250€).
The 800€ Abstandszahlung will be paid to our flatmate who is leaving. It will account for all the shared stuff and renovations that have been done since we moved in.
The flat is located directly next tot the University of Cologne from the room you can see the Wiso-Faculty (picture).
To the city centre it takes you 10 minutes by bus and to the big party area around “Zülpicher Straße” only 5-10 minutes of walking. In 5 to 10 minutes of walking there are also different supermarkets (Aldi, Rewe etc.). As mentioned, we live as close as possible to the University.
Your flatmates are Bennet (24, writing his master thesis), Nele (20, studying special education) and Nils (25, on a Short Term Rent).
The flat (118 m²) is located in the first floor. We share a living room with TV, a big kitchen (microwave, oven, dishwasher …), 2 balconies and 2 bathrooms.
Besides sharing a flat, we also love to do a lot of other things as a group. This can be everything like cooking, watching TV, partying, doing sports or lots of other things…
We are looking for someone that has experience in shared living and someone who treats (not only) his flatmates with the necessary respect.

Since it is the semester break in the Uni, we’re on vacation. It could take longer than usual until we reply your messages.
