Das Zimmer hat 18m² und ist voll möbliert. Zusätzlich gibt es eine kleine Abstellkammer ( was sehr praktisch sein kann, wenn man viele Taschen und Schuhe hat ;) Es ist hell und freundlich mit zwei Fenster zur Klosterstraße.
Das Mobiliar müsste der Nachmieter für 700 Euro übernehmen. Die Möbel sind grade mal 1 ½ Jahre alt und kaum benutzt, da ich nicht häufig Zuhause war. Die sehr gute Matratze kann man wenden ( hart, und weich). Das Bett hat zusätzlich eine große und eine kleine Schublade zum Ausziehen.
Die Bahnstation „Melaten“ ist nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, also man ist schnell in der Stadt.
Das Haus hat einen eigenen Innenhof indem man Fahrräder abstellen kann. Außerdem haben wir eine eigene Waschmaschine, die im Keller steht.
Ein Kiosk ist direkt neben unserer Wohnung und Supermärkte sind auch nicht weit.
Das WG-Leben ist sehr entspannt und locker. Wenn man seine Ruhe haben will dann respektieren die anderen Mitbewohner das. Das einzige wo sich jeder dran halten muss ist der Putzplan.
Momentan leben in der WG mit mir zwei Jungs und ein Mädel. Da ich ausziehe, suchen wir nun ein Mädel ca. ab 23 Jahren, sollte nicht am Anfang ihres Studiums stehen oder bereits berufstätig sein.
