Gemütlich eingerichtetes 20qm-Zimmer in netter 2er-Wg. Es gibt ein Bett, Kleiderschrank, Kommode, Garderobe, Schreibtisch + Stuhl, Bücherregal und was man noch so braucht. Schöne, helle Wohnung mit Holzfußboden und großer Wohnküche. Gut sanierter Altbau, zwar ohne Stuck aber schön gemacht und gut wärmeisoliert. In der Küche ist ebenfalls eigentlich alles vorhanden, was man so braucht.
Unsere Wohnung ist etwa 300m von der Uni Köln entfernt und auch die Dürener Straße, wo es einen Aldi, Rewe, DM etc gibt, ist direkt um die Ecke.
Vor unserer Haustür fährt die Buslinie 142 (Nippes - Ehrenfeld - Lindenthal - Südstadt) und an der Haltestelle Wiso-Fakultät, die etwa 2 Minuten von hier entfernt liegt, bringen dich die Buslinien 136 und 146 in die Innenstadt. Auch die Straßenbahnlinien 9 (Haltestelle Universität) und 1, 7 (Haltestelle Universitätsstraße) sind nicht weit entfernt.
