Mein Zimmer wird vom 01.08 bis zum 31.08 (wenn du brauchst kann auch bis zum 30.09) frei sein. Suche dann ich gerne eine Zwischenmieterin dafür.
Das Zimmer ist ungefähr 15 m2 und ist möbliert.(Bett, Tisch, Schrank,Stuhl)
Du bezahlst 300€ Euro (VB) inklusive alles auch Storm und Internet. Und würde gerne das Zimmer an einer netter junge Frau übergeben.:)
Wenn intressiere gerne mir schreib! ich schicke gerne Bilder mein Zimmers und biete auf jeden Fall noch Besichtigung.
Die Wohnung hat eine super Verkehrsanbindung. Die Bahnen 1,7 und sowie die Busse 142, 136 und 146 sind zu Fuß in 7 Minuten erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es hier viele, in der Nahe von der Dürener Str., Aldi in 2 min, auch rewe, dm, edeka zu Fuß in 10 min.Und auch Restaurants, fitstudio usw.
Die sind alle super nett!! Kannst auch bei der Besichtigung kennlernen.:)
