Hello, I am looking for a girl to stay in my room in a 4 people WG in Lindenthal for about 2 months. The room is well furnished with all furniture and internet. There are 2 windows in the room and facing the courtyard. The WG has a big kitchen with all cooking utensils and furniture so that you can invite people sometimes. There are also 2 bathrooms and a corridor. You can see them from the photos.
The roommates are all girls and studying at Uni Köln. They are nice and friendly that can help you enjoy WG life or Köln.
The room is available from 22.09 to 15.11.2022. The moving in and out date can be further discussed. 😃
The WG is located in Lindenthal. The transportation is super convenient. 10mins walking distance to take Line 7/13 at Dürener Str., 5 mins walking distance to take bus 136/146. Riding a bike to Uni center is about 10 mins. Around the corner, you can find different supermarkets and pharmacies like Edeka, Rewe, Rossman, and Dm at Dürener Str.
The total rent per month is 350€ which includes electricity, internet, and water. On top of that, I would like to ask for a 300€ deposit. =)
