The apartment extends over 2 floors, has a large kitchen and 3 bathrooms. The apartment has a washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher. As you can see from the pictures, the common areas and corridors are very spacious and bright and therefore very welcoming. There is also a basement compartment, which can be used freely.
The apartment is located in the quiet north of Cologne, but the connection to public transport is very good. It is a 5-minute walk to the S-Bahn, where the S6 and S11 run, which take you to the main station in 15 minutes, and in 9 minutes to the tram line 15, which takes you to Rudolfsplatz in 25 minutes is. In the area there are several kiosks, restaurants, an EDEKA, a Rossmann and with just a few bus or train stations you can also get to Aldi, Lidl, Rewe and Co. A 5-minute walk away is also a wooded area where you can go jogging or cycling.
Your 4 flatmates will be Julia, Havin, Antonia, and Klara, who are all in their 20s. It is a very friendly flatshare, and everyone is very happy to chat when they see each other. Everyone speaks English well, and Havin, Antonia, and Klara all speak German. Costs for things like toilet paper and washing powder are shared, and every week each person cleans one room in the house.
