Ich verlasse mein super schönes Zimmer, weil es mich nach Berlin zieht und suche eine*n würdige*n Nachfolger*in. Das Zimmer ist sehr hell und geräumig, alle Möbel, die du brauchst, sind vorhanden - ein Bett, ein Bücherregal und ein Schreibtisch aus Massivholz, ein großer Kleiderschrank und kleinere Regale. Sie sind alle zusammen für 450 EUR zu haben.
Die Wohnung liegt im schönen Marienburg - eine noble Gegend mit prächtigen Häusern und Parks. Vor der Tür fährt ein Bus, mit dem man in 10 Min am Chlodwigplatz ist. Der Bus fährt regelmäßig und auch nachts. Bis zum Rhein ist es nicht weit. Supermärkte, Apotheke etc. sind nur 100-200 m von der Wohnung entfernt.
Wir sind eine klassische Zweck-Wg. Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner sind männlich, Anfang 30. Sie sind sehr nett, unkompliziert und hilfsbereit. Man kann auch mit Ihnen was unternehmen.
