In unserer cosy Dachgeschoß Wohnung in Mülheim wird zum 15.10. ein 13m2 Zimmer frei (leider nicht barrierefrei) entweder zur Zwischenmiete oder zum regulären Einzug. Wir haben vor ab dem 5.10 die ersten Kennenlernen abzuhalten.
Bisschen runter gerockt, dafür mit Wohnzimmer und großem Sonnenbalkon zum grünen Innenhof raus. Wir wohnen hier zu viert und sind alle so Mitte 30 aber nicht unbedingt strukturiert in unserem Tagesablauf. Das Zimmer kostet 330€ plus wir teilen uns alle Kosten für vegetarisch-veganes Essen und WG-Ausgaben. Keine Kaution notwendig. Wir wünschen uns, dass du ein Bewusstsein für Diskriminierungsstrukturen mitbringst. Rassismus, Sexismus, Ableismus, Trans*feindlichkeit, Klassismus und andere -ismen sind hier nicht erwünscht. Esoterik ist auch nicht so unser Ding. Wir sind eher Punk und low budget orientiert. Bei Interesse schreib uns eine Nachricht mit ein paar Infos über dich.
A 13m2 room becomes available the 15th of oktober in our cozy attic apartment in Mülheim (unfortunately not barrier-free). The rooms ist available either for a short Period or for longer. We want to invite starting from 5th october.
Rocked down a bit, but with a living room and a large sunny balcony facing the green inner courtyard. There are four of us living here and we are all in our mid-30s but not necessarily structured in our daily routine. The room costs 330€ plus we share all costs for vegetarian-vegan food and flat share expenses. No deposit for the room necessary. We hope that you bring an awareness of discrimination structures with you. Racism, sexism, ableism, trans*phobia, classism and other -isms are not welcome here.
