Das Zimmer ist mit ca. 12 qm eines von drei Schlafzimmern der WG und wird möbliert vermietet. Das Fenster zur Straße ist gut schallisoliert und mit einem Rolladen abdunkelbar.
In der Wohnung befinden sich zwei Badezimmer (Duschbad, Wannenbad), ein großes und einladendes Wohnzimmer mit integrierter Küche und ein verschließbarer Kellerraum. Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss, daher kommt man vom Wohnzimmer aus direkt auf die Terrasse mit (kleinem) umliegendem Garten.
Es gibt eine Tiefgarage mit Autostellplätzen, allerdings müssen diese separat über die Verwaltung angemietet werden (sofern verfügbar). Außerdem gibts dort unten einen abgeschlossenen Bereich zum Abstellen von Fahrrädern.
Was bietet die Wohnung an Geräten/Inventar? Eine komplett ausgestattete Küche (mit Mikrowelle, Mixer, Spülmaschine, etc.) und eine Waschmaschine – beides natürlich zur gemeinschaftlichen Nutzung ebenso wie die Möbel im Wohnzimmer, in den beiden Bädern und im Flur. Im Wohnzimmer steht neben der riesigen Couch auch mein Klavier, wo Du Dich natürlich auch gerne dran versuchen darfst!

The room is approximately 12 square meters and is one of three bedrooms in the shared apartment. It will be rented fully furnished. The window facing the street is well soundproofed and can be darkened with a roller shutter.
The apartment has two bathrooms (shower and bath in each), a large and inviting living room with integrated kitchen and a lockable basement room. It is located on the ground floor, which allows a direct access of the terrace and the small garden from the living room.
There is a garage in the building, but the car parking spaces must be rented separately through the administration (if available). There is also a locked area for parking bicycles.
What does the apartment offer in terms of devices / inventory? We have a fully equipped kitchen (with a fully automatic coffee machine, microwave, blender, dishwasher, etc.) and a washing machine - both of course for shared use. In addition, there is our piano right next to the huge couch, which you may also use 😊
Die Wohnung liegt in Mülheim, ca. 5-10 Min. zu Fuß vom Wiener Platz entfernt (Linie 18 10Min. zum Köln-HBF, Linie 4 7Min. zum BH Messe-Deutz, Linie 13 20Min. nach Ehrenfeld, sowie einige Buslinien). Köln-Mülheim Bf ist auch unweit gelegen. Die Gegend ist relativ ruhig und liegt direkt am Rhein (20 m von Tür zu Promenade!). Die Fischerinsel liegt sozusagen direkt vor der Haustür – perfekt zum joggen und radfahren. Im Sommer auch super cool zum grillen, baden und chillen am Rhein (Sand/Kiesstrand)! Der Rheinpark/Claudius Therme/Bootshaus/Tanzbrunnen sind fußläufig ca. 10 Minuten entfernt. Lidl, Netto, Rewe und sonstige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich direkt am Wiener Platz. Außerdem gibt es einen Kiosk, eine Bar, sowie eine Pizzaria direkt ums Eck.

The apartment is located in Mülheim, a 7 minute walk from the Wiener Platz (line 18: 10 minutes to the Cologne main station, line 4: 7min to the BH Messe-Deutz, line 13: 20min to Ehrenfeld, and some bus lines) and Cologne-Mülheim train station is also located nearby. The area is relatively quiet and directly on the Rhine (20 m from door to promenade!). The fishing island is right on the doorstep - perfect for jogging and cycling. In the summer it invites for barbecues, swimming and chilling on the Rhine (sand / pebble beach)! The Rheinpark / Claudius Therme / Boathouse / Tanzbrunnen are within 10-minute walking distance. Several supermarkets such as Rewe, Lidl, and Netto as well as other shops are located directly on the Wiener Platz. There is also a kiosk, a bar and a pizzeria just around the corner.
Das WG-Leben bislang: Wir sind offene, interessierte junge Leute und mögen Abwechslung, Charakter und Humor :) Gemütliche Abende zusammen auf der Terrasse bei einem Bier oder Glas Wein gestalten sich oft ganz spontan und unkompliziert. Der persönliche Austausch wird in der WG stets begrüßt. So herrscht hier eine lockere, vertraute Atmosphäre. Dennoch sind wir alle unabhängig voneinander. Jeder hat einen unterschiedlichen Tagesablauf, ein eigenes soziales Umfeld, eigene Interessen und Bedürfnisse. Einen rücksichtsvollen Umgang schätzen wir daher sehr.

Niko, 27 - 50%-Stelle im Rettungsdienst (Rettungssanitäter) und Fernstudent (Psychologie)
Ariana, 24, Masterstudentin (Corporate Finance) und arbeitet in einem Start-Up.

We are open, interested young people and like variety, character and humor :) Cozy evenings on the terrace with a beer or glass of wine are often spontaneous and uncomplicated. The personal exchange is always welcomed in our flat. We value the relaxed, familiar atmosphere here. Nevertheless, we are all independent. Everyone has a different daily routine, their own social environment, their own interests and needs. We are looking forward to continuing this way of life with you.

Niko, 28, German - currently has a 50% job in the ambulance service (paramedic) and studies psychology at the same time (as distance learning). His new passion is Tango Argentino.
Ariana, 24, Croatian– is finishing her Master in Corporate Finance and works in a start up (hybride model). She loves playing Tennis.
