Hallo! Wir vermieten ein Zimmer ab sofort bis Anfang-Mitte September. 20qm, hell, mit Balkon, schönen Pflanzen, Fenster zeigen zum Hinterhof also kein Straßenlärm.
Neben gut ausgestatteter Küche, Bad, WC, Wasch- und Spülmaschine, hat die Wohnung auch noch ein großes Gemeinschafts-Wohnzimmer mit Balkon zu bieten.

Big, bright room with balcony in a shared apartment! We are happy to welcome you and share our Cologne-experiences with you! Feel free to hang out with us, have a chat and use our kitchen or if you prefer some privacy... just close the door and enjoy your private balcony!
Bathroom and restroom are seperate, so there won´t be any collision...:)
Also public transport to the city center is just 3-minute walk away from the apartment!
Anbindung an Öffis ist optimal: 2-3 Gehminuten zur Haltestelle Bhf Mülheim. Bis ins Stadtzentrum sind es 8 Minuten mit der S-Bahn. KVB-Linien 13 und 18 halten quasi vor der Haustür. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind alle um die Ecke und der Rhein ist auch nicht weit weg:)
Beide Mitwohnenden sind berufstätig, offen, interessiert, WG-erprobt, können ganz ruhig sein aber auch Parties kann man gut mit ihnen feiern! Wir sprechen Deutsch, Französisch und Englisch.
