ich suche auf diesem Wege zum 01.07 eine Mitbewohnerin. Die Wohnung ist super gelegen und top ausgestattet.
Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig und verfügt über ein großes Fenster und viel Platz.
Das Bad ist modern mit einer Badewanne. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen Balkon, und eine Waschmaschine :)
Ich studiere im Master Architektur und verbringe gerne Zeit mit meinen Freunden und meiner Wg. Ich bin relativ entspannt und freue mich wenn du auch Möbel und coole dinge für die Wohnung mitbringst. Ich bin gerne unterwegs, zeichne gerne und treibe gerne Sport. Mir ist Ordnung und Sauberkeit besonders wichtig aber das schaffen wir zu zweit gut :) Das Zusammen leben sollte ein gutes Entspanntes freundschaftliches Verhältnis sein :)

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut, es gibt zwei Haltestellen in unmittelbarer Nähe die fußläufig gut zu erreichen sind.
Lidl und der Rhein sind ebenso fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Mülheim grenzt im Osten an Höhenhaus und Buchheim, im Süden an Buchforst und Deutz, im Westen an den Rhein und im Norden an Stammheim.
