Da unsere Mitbewohnerin Stella für ein paar Wochen zum Arbeiten in Hamburg ist, suchen wir wir für Ihr Zimmer einene Zwischenmieterin oder einen Zwischenmieter. Das Zimmer steht ca. vom 15.07. bis zum 30.09./15.10.2019 leer und sucht eine nette Person zum Pflanzen gießen. ;) Was Ein- und Auszugsdatum angeht sind wir ein bisschen flexibel und finden sicher eine Lösung.
Das freie Zimmer ist 14m² groß und ausgestattet mit einem 140er Bett, einem Kleiderschrank, einer Kleiderstange, einer Kommode, einem Regal und einigen Pflanzen, die gegossen werden müssten. Da unsere Mitbewohnerin ganz spontan weg ist, stehen außerdem noch ein paar kleinere Schachteln und Ordner im Regal, die sie auf die Schnelle nicht wegräumen konnte, dafür sind Bettwäsche und Handtücher vorhanden, die mitbenutzt werden können. (siehe Fotos) Die Möbel bleiben an Ort und Stelle und können vom Zwischenmieter genutzt werden. Das Fenster im Zimmer geht zum Balkon bzw. ruhigen Innenhof raus und hat sogar einen fancy Rollladen.
Insgesamt hat unsere Wohnung eine Fläche von 160m², von der ca. 85m² Gemeinschaftsfläche sind. Dazu gehört ein großes Wohn- und Esszimmer, die voll ausgestattete Küche, zwei Badezimmer (davon eins mit Fenster) und ein großer Balkon zum Hinterhof.

Since our flatmate Stella is in Hamburg for a few weeks to work, we are looking for an intermediate tenant as soon as possible. The room is empty from 15.07. to 30.09./15.10.2019 and is looking for a nice person to water the plants. ;)
The free room is 14m² large and equipped with a 140 bed, a wardrobe, a clothes rail, a chest of drawers, a shelf and some plants that would have to be watered. Since our roommate left spontaneously, there are also some smaller boxes and folders on the shelf, which she couldn't put away in a hurry, but there are bed linen and towels that can be shared. (see photos) The furniture stays in place and can be used by the intermediate tenant. The window in the room opens to the balcony or quiet courtyard and even has a fancy roller shutter.
In total the apartment has an area of 160sqm, of which approximately 85sqm are common area. This includes a large living and dining room, kitchen, two complete bathrooms (one with window) and a balcony to the backyard.
Nur drei Minuten zu Fuß entfernt befindet sich der Bahnhof Köln-Mülheim, von dem man alles gut erreichen kann. Hier fahren die S-Bahn-Linien 6 und 11, RE1, RE5 und RB48 (gute Verkehrsanbindung nach Düsseldorf) als auch die U-Bahn-Linien 13 und 18. Mit der S-Bahn ist man innerhalb von 8 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof, mit der U-Bahn in 13 Minuten.
Ebenfalls in der Nähe ist der Wiener Platz (800m) mit weiteren Bahnverbindungen.
Ansonsten bietet die Frankfurter Straße alles, was man im täglichen Leben braucht. Es gibt direkt um die Ecke ein Rewe, Kaufland, Apotheken, Bäckereien, Drogerien und viele andere kleine Läden. Besonders beliebt ist auch der 24h-Kiosk direkt gegenüber. ;)

The flat has a good connection to public transport to nearly every other area of cologne. Such as U-Bahn lines 13 and 18, S-Bahn lines 6 and 11 and the regional trains RE1, RE5 and RB48 (also good travel connection to dusseldorf). The nearby Wiener Platz and other stations in close distance offer additional access to U-Bahn lines such as U4.
Other than that the Frankfurter Straße offers everything you need for your daily living. You have a veriaty of supermarkets, durgstores, pharmacies, bakeries and a lot of small shops. One of our favourite is the kiosk directly opposite so the flat that opens 24h.
In der WG wohnen Fee (33), Jean (30), Stella (29), Melvin (24) und Marcel (26).
Da wir teilweise sowohl studieren und/oder arbeiten, hat jeder seinen relativ geregelten Tagesablauf, daher sind wir meistens erst am Abend zuhause. Dann kochen und essen wir gerne zusammen, trinken noch ein Bierchen auf dem Balkon oder versacken gemeinsam mit Freunden auf dem Sofa.
Am Wochenende sind wir nicht immer alle da, aber wenn es passt, verbringen wir gerne gemütliche WG-Abende oder gehen noch aus. Natürlich nimmt sich jeder auch den Freiraum, den er gerade braucht.
Wir sind also definitiv keine Zweck-WG und freuen uns über jemanden, der an einem WG-Leben interessiert ist.

As we partly studying and/or working, everyone has his or her own relatively regular daily routine, so we are usually only at home in the evening. Then we like to cook and eat together, drink a beer on the balcony or chill together with friends on the sofa.
On weekends we are not always there, but if it suits us, we like to spend time with netflix and chill or go out together. Of course, everyone also takes the space they need.
So we are definitely not a purpose shared flat and are happy about someone who is interested in a flat-sharing life.
In den angegebenen Kosten haben wir bereits alles mit einkalkuliert (inkl. Internet/Telefon, Strom, sonstige Nebenkosten und GEZ).
